  4. I am down at ferrari world now and can say the coaster has been testing and the whole place is looking amazing. It really is a world class theme park. Well done guys. Dubaidave
  5. I would agree that it was most likely mist on the brake fins in case of a cable failure. I would guess that the fins over the launch hill are tto stop rather than speed it up. I will try and ask when I'm down there after the weekend. Dubaidave
  6. I only had my mobile and tge roof was a long way away. I am working down there three days next week so will try and get more info. Dubaidave
  7. I know who the cameraman was and would think Robb would have been better. I drove past Formula Rossa yesterday and although I didn't see a train I did see water mist coming from the launch track don't know if this is to cool something? There were also hundreds of guys cleaning the roof ready for the big opening. Dubaidave
  8. have not heard anything. The park is well away from residential areas so there would be no problem testing at night and it would be cooler at night as well. I am driving down that way soon so will swing by and see if there's any sign. The last aerial pic they posted had the train on the brake run. That was the full train as well, not just the test carriage for the pull through. Dubaidave
  9. yes, I thought that, and I thought it was a racing coaster too. Wheres the second car. Dubaidave
