That's AWESOME! Reminds me of the days of doing Poker Runs through the Lake Erie islands. I miss those days.

Brewed some more today. But not at home, at Brew It Up in downtown Sac. I brewed a Bavarian Pils that will be ready in about 6 weeks. Me and a beer with my beer. No... that's not a Black and Tan. That's my malt extract.

I'm in and out in like 2 minutes. Probably due to my high fiber content from beer. But for the wife, she's in there for like an hour. It's like a job for her.

Just finished brewing the Dortmunder. What the schedule looks like. OH HELL YEAH!!! Staring Gravity is 1.063 And there it sits... in the new fride I bought just for fermenting my beer.
