Note to self: When visiting Australia, take your own beer. -
I love when folks from other countries try an American beer like Bud, Miller or Coors and say that American beer sucks. If you look at the history of American lagers you can see why they taste the way it do. Especially if you happen to research what has happen to beer during the World Wars. Beer is changing in America though. People that thought all beer is beer, are discovering that it's not just beer. The Craft Beer market is growing larger and larger every year. People are finding out that beer doesn't always have to taste the same. When you say American beer sucks, what are you comparing to? What style? A lager or an ale? A Pilsner, a Helles, a Porter, a Steam beer... what? You can go ahead and say American beer sucks. But it doesn't bother me because your the ignorant one. By the way... Australian wine sucks Good beer can be found here http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18179

Alright... that one just tasted nasty after awhile. Next up is the James Madison Dark Wheat Ale. Drinkable, if you like water. If your looking for a beer that isn't full in flavor, this is it. Strike 3!!! -

The Root Beer Brew was AWFUL!!! I had to dump it out. So I tried the next brew; Traditional Ginger Honey Ale. Really not that much better than the Root Beer because the ginger stands out SO MUCH I felt like I was eating sushi. -

You can really taste the soda like qualities in this beer. But the after taste was EXACTLY like a pile of burning leaves. Kind of made me think of grandma's house during the fall. First up is the Root BEER Picked up the Sam Adams Brewer Patriot Collection today. Four beers inspired by our founding fathers or something like that. Trying out the wing sauce today. -

It's right off the Redwood Hwy exit before Santa Rosa. Real easy to find. I was going to wait, but she asked me where I was coming from and it just slipped out. Working mids really takes a lot out of a person. ^The Weiss Ass Beer will be shipped out within 2 weeks. The Bavarian Pilsner is being bottled on Friday along with the Dortmunder. But the Dortmunder will need to condition in the bottle at room temperature for at least 2 weeks before drinking it. -
WHAT!? I haven't heard of any decent craft brews come out of Australia. Or are you just talking about yellow fizzy beer?
-
LMAO!!! Yeah... that's about right

^Unfortunately I do not. I'm not permitted to take photos at work. Or even bring a camera into the building for that matter. -

I'm not a ride designer, but I did help create "Dine with Shamu" while working for SeaWorld... Does that count? If it does, I like sky towers. They give me that funny feeling in my pants. -

All I can really say about this place is that it’s pretty laid back. And it shows. The place wasn’t really organized at all. Hoses not in use all over the floor, random Victory beer bottles collecting dust on tables stacked with years of paperwork, beer stickers on machinery and a picture of Gerry Garcia every where you looked. It didn’t look pretty, but they were getting the job done and making great beer. Actually… let me rephrase that; they were bottling great beer. They weren’t brewing because their grain got put on the wrong truck and was many miles away. Anyway… on to the photos! Since it has a period after it I'm thinking moe. the band. That's about it. I was in and out in about 20 mintues. When the tour guide found out I was a brewer she didn't tell me shit and let me figure it out for myself. Not the best tour, but the folks These 3 primary fermentors were names Larry, Curly and Moe. The bright beer tanks all had weird names. The brewing setup. Here is their bottle filler. It fills 250 12oz a minute. When I told the girl that our new bottle fillers do 3600 a minute she about shit herself. Besides the Brown Sugar, the IPA's kept me happy. The pilsner was actually pretty refreshing. I got to try everything they made... or atleast what they had on hand. And Ted, you were right about that Brown Sugar... GOD! That was nasty! Here's the bar... err tasting room??? VERY hippie friendly. I swear I could hear someone in the background yelling, "Grilled cheese... just a buck, what the f***!" This is part of what they had on hand for shipping. I saw some locals pull up and just grab cases and load them up into their trucks or SUV's. The girl that gave me the tour said that the employees get one case of beer a week. That's pretty sweet when I o Welcome... I guess. There wasn't and entrance for tours. You just had to find someone in the wharehouse and tell them why you were there. Then they would try to find someone to help you.

I have to wait until my wife is out, as she knows there's one of her in there which she has told me numerous times "you better not." I think you better then. Don't worry... we've got your back
