^^ I don't even understand what the fuck Neopets is to be able to comprehend the hilarity of the situation. The internet, serious business.

On the one hand, your domain Whois is public information, but on the other hand, it does sound suspiciously like blackmail on his part. I'm going to echo everyone else's sentiments and at least consult a lawyer.

It's never too early to get your children listening to crappy music. -
Where in the world ARE Robb & Elissa?
Wes replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
yeah...until he got 0wned when Wes pulled the original thumbnail from those 2 pictures. I really can't claim to be that awesome. Robb just didn't have the Photoshop setting to create a Mac thumbnail on. MAKE SURE THIS IS CLICKED NEXT TIME ROBB!!! -
^ The bleeped out versions don't do the show any justice. The entire run is out on DVD and it's definately worth getting.

This thread is going to end in comedy or tears...probably both.

^^ No. The only reason I got those were because Photoshop didn't regenerate the thumbnail icon when Robb resaved them after cropping. -

Yeah, I just realized I wasted an hour going through photo metadata trying to figure this out. I need to give up on my CSI operations. wes (time to get out of the apartment) -
SNL is marginally better, but Mr. Show (RIP) was far and away the best sketch show of all time.

Where in the world ARE Robb & Elissa?
Wes replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Yeah, Reno is my guess too. Or at least somewhere in Nevada. Here's why: - The bunny picture=The Bunny Ranch, which is in Nevada. - All the pictures still have their metadata intact, and every photo except for the WATCH YOUR STEP was taken in the past two days. For example, the water picture was taken on 9/3/05, at 3:59:41pm. However, the WATCH YOUR STEP was taken on 1/29/04, 2:56:59am. I looked through the 04 updates, and the closest trip to that date was the Vegas trip. Infact, the metadata on the update's photos corresponds. That's some Sherlock Holmes shit going on right there. -

I pulled the water picture onto my computer to see if I could find anything by adjusting the brightness and contrast, and when I did, it seems the original image that Robb cropped the water from was still visible in its icon's thumbnail. I pulled the rest off to see if any more were like that, and the Idlewild one is too. This is the largest they'll go in OSX. So blue bumper boats...hmmm... -
^ Are you trying to imply that Darth Vader is someone's dad? Who? Han Solo?

"What kind of place has bunnies???" Six Flags = Bugs Bunny. TWA was bought by American. America. So either Six Flags Great America or Six Flags America? -
Thorpe Park Discussion Thread

Wouldn't it be ironic if Thorpe threw Humdinger in there as the comedy option, yet it ends up winning? -
What other non-theme park boards do you read?
Wes replied to robbalvey's topic in Random, Random, Random
Basically just WC and Something Awful..How hard of a bandwidth hit did you get yesterday/today? I saw the thread coasterguy posted on there (BTW, who is coasterguy on this board?!) -

I'm spending the rest of the day voting for Humdinger. -
^ "I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here." Mitch Hedberg. R.I.P.

^ That's one element to it, and I'd assume that's where it gets alot of its drawing power. Although there are plenty of people who are in relationships (like me) who still use it. At a very basic level, myspace exists as a precursor to what is going to become the central hub for social internet communication. It basically rids the need for email addresses, since you can send messages to your friends through there. It rids the need for outside services like E-Vite, groups, newsletters, etc. Having a birthday party and want to invite your friends? Send the an invitation through myspace. Myspace is especially really great for bands. I can't tell you the amount of time my little crappy band has saved by just sending out concert flyers through the myspace bulletin feature. Putting out a brand new song? Upload the song to your band's profile, post a bulletin. I'm assuming Myspace will eventually open up an image hosting portion, where you'll be able to upload party/trip/vacation photos and have it being readily accessible. So, if we want to see your newest pics from your trip to SFMM, just link to your Myspace. I know this is extremely long-winded, but does it make sense? I'm not discounting the dating, meeting people portion though. "What's your myspace?" is the newest "What's your phone number/email/aim?"

Testing email form! Everyone please help!

Claimed. Though, I personally preferred zackmorris@bayside.edu -
^^ No one really knows the answer. It's good to keep track of friends and be able to post bulletins to them like "Hey, come to my band's show!" or "Meetup at Six Flags this weekend" etc. It's mostly a vanity thing though, people try to "collect" as many friends as possible so they can be an e-celebrity. It's really baffling. But it's addictive.
