Seriously, people put fuel to the fire for Big Dipper because people talk trash exactly like this. If you haven't ridden both rides before, who are you to compare? That's like betting money on a horse race by putting your cash on the only horse you've seen race before. How do you know that the competition isn't better? You're only feeding the Geauga Lake flames by claiming that those rides are so incredible compared to anything else you haven't ridden. And to the point, if any of these coasters were so amazing, why weren't/haven't they been saved? Sure I enjoyed the Dania Beach Hurricane but I totally understand why it isn't being saved or relocated. The cost doesn't justify the hype, because hype doesn't pay the bills to keep these rides in operation. It was in a bad location, it was poorly operated and marketed. That doesn't make it a bad ride... It just makes it an unfortunate one because it probably would've had a longer life in a real park.

^It has done very limited previews for select cast members but there is still work being done in the queue, pre-show and post-show.

^While it is a distinct possibility that Cedar Fair may be considering selling some more of its "one-off" properties, I can't imagine SeaWorld buying any more of the California parks at this time. With Aquatica San Diego now on the way they've got California doubly covered, as they do with San Antonio and (to a much larger extent) Central Florida. I see Aquatica San Diego supporting the nearby SeaWorld and also grabbing a better foothold in the surrounding market. Having a third SeaWorld park outside of San Diego would likely cannibalize the business there..

I really am impressed with how much this project has involved since Larry first introduced it to us a year ago! I really cannot wait to see what comes of these ideas (especially the thought of them building an Old Mill) and would definitely go out of my way to visit this incredible nostalgia mecca when I'm next in the area!

A bag of crap or two might just have some gems that we panned out of the trough here... 3DBA had a huge model for an indoor, Ice Age (the movie franchise) themed water park. Giant trampolines anyone? An odd looking simulator ride model... TPR loves the Fishpipe! Time to get some ice cream from a robot! Domo Arrigato Mr. Roboto! Here's a trackless enhanced motion vehicle that works in operation on the show floor. For all of you wheel enthusiasts... This may be the neatest climbing attraction ever. Fantawild showed of its master plan for a huge theme park and resort. It looks like there would be some new credits to get... Also found on the show floor was SkyRide, a concept pitched to the investors of Shark Tank last season.
