  1. Apology accepted. In the future keep the apologies to private messages... While we appreciate your desire to reach out to clear things up, there was no need to start another thread just to apologize. Gonna lock this now...

  6. This is definitely a test of introducing a new brand into the parks, and how the average guest receives it. I think this will go pretty well, and wouldn't surprise me if they did something like the OZ preview for Iron Man in the Magic Eye theater as an added offering to help promote the movie and brand. I think don't think any audience has to primed for a Marvel presence in the parks. Considering the insane levels of success of the films (namely The Avengers) along with a constant push to keep the entire brand in the public eye, I think success is guaranteed. At this point, I feel like as long as it is more than just a meet & greet (though even that would garner some guest return), if you build it, they will come.
  7. Trader Sam's for sure. Carthay Circle Restaurant at least for the appetizers. The Golden Vine Winery World of Color Dinner Package is spectacular as well (especially if you like lamb). I always try to get a Monte Cristo at Blue Bayou, but that's also coupled with the fact that they're served with amazing scallopped potatoes and unlimited mint juleps! In regards to quick service, I think that Fiddler, Fifer & Practical in DCA (the Starbucks location on Buena Vista Street) is particularly great, as is the Pacific Wharf Cafe (Boudin Bakery).

  18. I think it really depends on the coaster... I love La Ronde's Goliath, but I found it to be relatively forceless. That being said, I also love Kumba and Montu, and both are still some of the more forceful coasters I've ever experienced (I have to limit the amount of times I ride those in a day).
  19. Interesting to see just how much space has been freed up by the removal of Rim Runner. Is the mountain expected to be removed entirely or are we seeing the full extent of the removal now? Also looking at the space (and I could be wrong based on only seeing the pictures and having never visited the park), it looks like they could squeeze a few new items into that space besides just the El Loco, if things were positioned correctly.
