I wish I could get in on this, it sounds awesome!

Is this the game with diagonal arrows, as opposed to the DDR "+" style arrows? I found an easy heavy mode song in DDR for me to get my first A. One stupid step away from AA!

Well, ok...not TRULY lossless, but the point I was trying to make is that Xvid and Divx will warrant the best output quality at the price of higher file size and less compatibility. All the people/production groups that make DoD frag movies use Xvid. It is, generally viewed as the gold standard with them, so I know if I post a movie in the DoD Movies forum, I want have to worry about compatibility, because everyone already has that particular codec...just kind of assumed it was that way outside of my little circle, too....but Im a n00b.

I keeping getting emails about replies to topics I have posted in, even though I have email notification set to "no" in my profile. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? I will be checking these forums just about everyday...so I dont really need the emails letting me know what topics are active. Sorry for being a n00b.

Battle of the Intamins

I have only had the opportunity to ride MF...and I absolutely love it. Despite how awesome the pics and videos of the other two I have seen are, I voted for MF because it has a huge emotional attachment for me. :^) -
Another thing I have seen done is to just package the video in a zip/rar and include the codec with it, along with a simple readme about how to install it...for those who may not know. It all depends on what you're going for. If you want best compression and compatibility, go with what Robb is saying. If you want better output quality at the expense of a larger file (this is very important when it comes to hosting), you may want to try a lossless codec like Xvid or Divx. Here is an example of Xvid. I made this movie in Vegas 5.0. It is 83 MB, 3:38 seconds long, in .avi format. I should warn you all, it is not a coaster movie...its a video game 'pwnage' movie from Day of Defeat, a WWII shooter that I play. I havent used Vegas for digital video yet, cause I lack a DV cam Just wanted to show off the output quality of Xvid. Clicky!

What program are you using to edit? I am partial to Xvid codec. I think it gives the best quality for the file size. I use it for compressing from fraps...not sure how well it works with DV.

Hi. My name is Anthony, and I am an alcoholic. Wait...wrong introduction. Hi. My name is Anthony, and I am a coasterholic. Happened upon themeparkreview.com a few years ago, just looking for coaster vids. Always used to check back for new videos, but didnt notice there were forums until recently. Wanted to stop in and hob-nob with all the other coaster nerds out there.

Anybody ever been on a roller coaster...

Well, I accidentally double posted, so I thought that I would add that, being on a coaster during an earthquake...yeah...that would really suck. -

Mean Streak is a great ride...if you have a bad back like me. It is an excellent way to vibrate, shake and pound all the kinks and knots out of your back and shoulders. I would not advise riding it if your back is in good shape though...lest yours shall end up like mine. -
You can make one up for me. I trust your creativity.

Have Question
superfanthony replied to pgathriller's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
According to RCDB.COM, PGA has closed 2 coasters in the past 3 years. Greased Lightnin' in 2002, and Stealh in 2003. -
Not sure what mine will be. I am hoping to squeeze in our yearly trip to CP, but since we are getting married in October and are saving every penny for that, I may have to settle for a trip to the much closer, cheaper, and less thrilling SFGAm. If I cant make it there, it will be some coaster in one of the Disney parks during our honeymoon.

Although I am sure there is someone who can answer your question based on experience, your best bet is to check the park's website. -

Kaki King - "Doing the wrong thing" I have salvaged over 30 free songs off Pepsi products that were in the garbage this week...bought the whole album (except the last song...grrr!!!). Being a janitor has its perks.

Howdy. New to the boards, but I have been watching and loving your videos for a long time now. My lady and I are getting married October 7th, and we leave for Disneyworld on the 10th. We will be there until the 15th. Our honeymoon package includes admission to all 4 Disney parks, but we are also wanting to go to IoA and Seaworld while we are down there. Now, my questions: How far away from Disneyworld is IoA? What are the best and worst parts of the Disney parks? Any general advice/hints about Disneyworld or the Orlando area? Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this, and thanks for any advice you can provide. I will go upload some pics now.
