  1. Hello Everyone! I'll be visiting both Disneyland and DCA in June. I'm planning on visiting both parks in one day, and was wondering if anybody had any tips, such as order to do rides and places to eat. Thanks in advance!
  2. The park actually announced the trains at the same time they announced VR. It was the same press release for Mind Eraser’s 20th anniversary.
  3. I believe it is something with DC and Warner Bros that now makes it so the names cannot be possessive. SFOT has Catwoman Whip and Riddler Revenge. I believe that rides that had possessive names before the change can be kept, but anything new cannot be possessive.
  4. That is actually not true. Lake Compounce had M&V retract Wildcat, and it runs with Millennium Flyers
  5. That’s just what I heard from a coworker who spoke with maintenance. I believe it’s correct.
  6. Apparently it gets within 12 feet of Joker, and 10 feet of the Hot Dog stand.
  7. What? We are talking about SeaWorld. Can you please try.... TRY to be less stupid on our forums? PLEASE??!?!? I’m guessing he thought it was relevant because they’re all under the same company, but I digress.
  8. Hello all, I'm visiting the park this Friday. Other than the coasters and Falcon's Fury, are there any other attractions I should be sure not to miss? Thanks!
  9. They're almost identical to the Free Spin restraints, and are very comfortable.
  10. I recently rode Hulk, and it was extremely smooth. Do you have a very low pain tolerance? It has snappy elements, which may cause you to whack your head, but other than that, it's an amazing ride.
  11. They are, and IMO, because of that, they should be the colors to pop! With the black supports, like at Great Adventure, the purple and green stick out more, where as it just looks busy here. So you're saying the purple and green won't stick out when they're the only colors used? I'm saying that it'll look too busy when that's all that's there. With the black, it had a natural look, with the Purple and Green popping out of there. I'm having a little difficulty trying to explain this haha.

  13. Cool. Now does that mean new trains? Won't the current set up knock the VR gear off your head? SFDK runs it with the regular SLC restraints.
  14. I don't understand why they couldn't go with Black/Grey supports like Great Adventure.
  15. The literally photoshopped a 2 seat B&M train on to Vekoma Track. It's really weird.
  16. Mind Eraser isn't too bad to begin with, so this will only improve it.
  17. I mean can they really make Mind Eraser any worse. This is a good move. Removes the headbanging and protects the headsets if the VR is added. With the vest restraints, I could actually ride Kentucky Kingdom's SLC three times in a row. They aren't the same as the Kentucky Kingdom trains. Those are Kumbak, these are Vekoma.
  18. Welp, there goes significant hope in investments in American parks for a while... Not at all. Six Flags is only licensing their name out. They aren't paying for anything.
  19. Which 6 year old are you talking about? By using context clues, I believe that the six year old in question is SixFlagsFans3793. On topic, I cannot believe that this thing is already up! Meanwhile the one at my home park, SFNE, has about 3 supports up.
  20. I completely agree! The gray supports at SFGRADV look so much better!
  21. SFNE doesn't really have a "Gotham City section", we just have a "Put Batman sh*t everywhere" policy. Poison Ivy and Gotham City Gauntlet are hanging out by Superman and Batman, Joker and Crime Wave are off doing their own thing near Mind Eraser and the Teacups and nowhere near the other Batman rides. Also The Dark Knights queue line is freakin disgusting. Its almost as bad as Nitro's. It really isn't bad. What do you think is bad about it?

Poison Ivy and Gotham City Gauntlet are hanging out by Superman and Batman, Joker and Crime Wave are off doing their own thing near Mind Eraser and the Teacups and nowhere near the other Batman rides. Well, they were planning on making a Gotham City section in 2008, when they moved Crime Wave. You can see they started with the design of Works and the restrooms there. With the Jokers Entrance being located near Batman, I could see that being a new Gotham Section. But yeah, they just throw Gotham stuff everywhere.
  23. By the end of last season, they park wasn't assigning on WC, and Superman w/o VR. Batman groupers usually let you ask for a seat and will accommodate. The groupers aren't as bad as people make them out to be.
