How long/crowded normally is the ert? Trying to figure out if it's worth going for it.

Maybe they had to add it separately cause it was a special offer price? I ordered the gold season and gold dining pass online for great adventure and when I arrived at the gate both were automatically added to my card when I presented the print out ticket.

I agree with El Toro as well but just to add probably my second favorite air time moments are the inversions on wicked cyclone. Being upside down and out of your seat with nothing restricting your arms or shoulders is a wild feeling.

I'm not a huge avatar fan, I saw the movie and I enjoyed it but that's about it for me. I'm curious to see how avatar land ends up being though. The images above look really cool.

Apparently you can text rain to 292929 for text message alerts. Anyone ever use this before?

Really wasn't trying to start a fuss, just think email blasts and app notifications are useful easy tools to get the message out to more people.

I did so I didn't waste any time going today but just saying sending out emails and notifications on the app really isn't that hard to do and could prevent others from going. The app doesn't even say its closed

They should really send out emails and have the app have an option to have a notification to alert you when the park doesn't open or closes early.

Maybe cause it was still spring break week? I have no clue, but when I walked by nitro and El Toro today the lines were almost out to the entrance of the queues. I love those rides but no chance I'm waiting that long.

You and me both! Haha seriously. This is my first year in 10 that I've had a season pass and I was bored at home so I figured what the hell I'll head to the park but what a mistake. It was also my first solo trip as well. I'm debating going back tomorrow cause I've been addicted to El Toro and Nitro this year and with the next 2 Sundays, the 8th and 15th being bring a friend free days I wanna get some rides in since I'll be avoiding the park till then so won't be able to get there until the 22nd then.

Sounds like a great day! I wanted to go after work that day but was too tired. Should have went lol shame you were disappointed with nitro. I love that ride so much, I get so much air time and just think it's so much fun. I ended up going to the park briefly today. The app clearly wasn't working until after 3pm cause I got there and everything said 5 mins while El Toro and nitro were clearly over an hour. I got on bizzaro and skull mountain and grabbed some soft serve ice cream with the dining pass and left. I knew Saturdays were bad from reading everything on here but I was bored and had nothing to do today. I'm only 35 mins from the park depending on how fast I drive so no big deal but I learned my lesson and won't be back on Saturdays until holiday in the park lol Debating going back tomorrow since the weather is suppose it be bad.

Those in the first post look cool, I would probably try those out. That really intense one in the post above is just not for me and I love horror but I would have a bad time forgetting that I can't swing at people who are grabbing at you and putting things over your head lol

Just got the Disney world magic Kingdom photo in the mail today. Looks great!

I tried this but I am not seeing it. I was hoping to find it on the SFOG site as well because if this is being rolled out chain wide I would love to consider getting one for my local park. I wish they had one that worked for all the parks without any restrictions. If it worked at every park on every Flash Pass ride unlimited every day, I would definitely pay a premium price. The season flash pass looks to be 399.99. If you go through the checkout process for a season pass it's listed as an add-on.

Sounds like a great day! I believe the safari closes around 5 so just hit that up first. I'll be getting to the park around 430 to 5pm myself tomorrow as well. Bringing my mom cause she said she wanted to go after my gf and me have been talking about it nonstop this year lol

Today and tomorrow are National Conference for Synagogue Youth group days with apparently a concert tomorrow night. I was going to go today until it was posted on the great adventure history forums. You're probably absolutely right about the rest of the week though. I may try to go Wednesday or Thursday if the weather isn't too bad.

How crowded does this place get on Sundays in may? (besides mothers day weekend) I gotta make a trip up there. I went on tempesto but I was there right after it had opened and the lines were so long that I don't even really remember the ride. Plus I need to get on boulder dash.

How is the food truck festival? I might try to go tomorrow.
