I have been away from online forums for awhile now, and with my FL trip looming next year, wanted to see what was up with the Wizarding changes! Of course TPR is the first place I came! Erik - thank you for that awesome TR! What kind of camera are you using? Those DD shots are amazing! I cant wait. I have a new toy to bring with me on my trip! (Nikon D40x) Now that I have finally conquered all of SFGA, including the now infamous Chiller (of course only one side due to the never working Batman side) but minus KK, still a chicken...lol - Hulk is FIRST on my list! (my last visit to TPR, I was still contemplating Nitro! ) Cant wait to hear more about IOA and US, and all the changes! Keep up the GREAT work!

I know I am late with this, but I was "away" for awhile. Craziness here for some time now... I couldnt go on my trip this year, and I just couldnt come on here b/c it made me very upset!! So anyhow... on to kidtums! SHE IS GEORGEOUS!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! I have to go back now, and check out all the stuff I have missed... I cant believe you guys came to SFGA too... grr.. lol. wow..... i have to say i am a bit nervous about the first drop...did it make you loose your breath? i am not a "drop" person. im in it for the inversions...so the nerves have set in.

NITRO - believe it or not...you are IN THERE! it is my daughters most fave ride...pm me...i have somtething to show you!!! Anyhow...she says it is the best ride ever...and we have made it a tradition - we get to SFGA - its Nitro first. (Dont take my not riding it yet as it being bad...I just want to do El Toro first since the drops are a similar height. IF I didnt like Nitro by some slight omg its too high reason...I wont do EL TORO.) Just do Medusa first...You will be A OK! I have to talk my 11 yr old son into riding SOMETHING on fathers day. I am getting him on Superman first, cuz to me it is the smoothest. (My daughter was there yesterday...both sides of chiller were closed.) YOU WILL HAVE FUN!!! (I say that loud and proud)

ok...i am kinda new to roller coasters. i had the chicken standpoint for so long...i dont know what on earth i was thinking. i started by going on disneys rock n rollercoaster...i figured it was disney. hey - they cant have a bad ride right? my fave coaster at sfga so far is superman. BUT - to me medusa is the smoothest ride. sit in the middle if you feel unsure. the drops are nothing (which is what i was afraid of to begin with). i have yet to get my butt on nitro...lol. batman is smooth in the middle....and anywhere i have been on superman has been great! chiller is rough...but a good ride...and scream machine...id wait on. it just throws you every which way. i have not ridden that either. my brother just told me not to ruin my good run. i hope it helped, have a great time!!! just do it!!

ok...i am not too sure of what anything is called....lol. i wish i had pictures of what is what. i think i know what the zero g roll is...but my fave inversion has to be supermans ultimate flight (i think both versions are the same that i know of..) ....the first one where you go into right side up and end up on your back....where they always seem to catch the lovely picture....is <-- one and the next one a pretzle loop together? looks like a pretzle!!!

there is a sign up that says two weeks until el toro opens! They were also running rolling thunder! I have a picture update from on saturday 05/27/06. They wouldnt let anyone get too close. I wanted to try and just take a picture thru the gate...oh well..next time. This is as close as I was allowed to get to the gate by security. They are worried I will jump on i guess! another worker on the track. I just love the way this coasters tracks go this way and that! this is the second hump - construction dudes are working on the tracks... this is just a cool bendy turn....

As much as i LOVE POV's. it is dangerous! I was missed by about ten feet by a cell phone that came flying off Superman in SFGA last week. I happened to see it and tell the DJ to get it for the unappreciative guy. I would have been ultra pissed if it hit me, AND if it hit me and was a camcorder, which is bigger and heavier...that phone came flying down. Imagine something heavier! So there are reasons for the rules.

Hey Elissa, Puh-leeze change mine! I dont have any ideas, but since you are creative...here are a few things I like... pictures tigger Madonna Bon Jovi Florida (rnr rocks!) Upside down coasters (esp superman in sfga) Those are my major issues. Thanx Lena

oooo....I didnt see this when I was there on the 7th! I emailed SFGA just in case...but I will be going back on the 27th. I know someone has them already - but if anyone is interested....Ill try to grab more than one.

As for the harness or restraints etc...this coaster has like a 79 degree angle drop. It is definitely for safety. They dont want people falling out!!! But - I was just there last Sunday. They said it should be open by the end of the end of Spring (Summer begins June 21) They were currently intertwining El Toro and Rolling Thunder.
