It isn't hard to understand. The ride will always run 3 trains. That way, while 2 are dueling, one is loading. The fourth one will always be on the transfer track/maitnence so they can swap on and off when one needs work.

Like BGW, they swore never to use Intamin again, but because of this, Mach tower had more problems than an intamin tower.
