  1. I have been on 115 coasters, and Tremors is my 6th favourite coaster of all time, it's that awesome. I haven't ridden Raven, but I definitely think Tremors is better. As for Timber Terror, it's a great ride with good airtime, but on bad days I've been on rides without any air.
  2. Playland: Coaster Silverwood: Tremors
  3. I may sound biased, but I think Silverwood is very underrated. Excellent wooden coaster duo, the original corkscrew, a Giant Inverted Boomerang that works, amazing food, cool theming and a nice waterpark. The operations and convenience could be better, but it also has extremely cheap water and ice cream so that makes up for it.
  4. Agreed 100%!!! I feel like 98% of people who complain about Gatekeeper are either: 1.) Complaining because they have heard others complain, and even though they have never even been on the coaster they feel like it is a bad coaster because others have said it is. -or- 2.) They don't know how to recognize a good coaster when they ride one. Gatekeeper is by no means a great amazing coaster. But it is still a decent coaster, and get's way more hate than it should. Tremors at Silverwood is another one. Obviously it's known to be great among well-travelled enthusiasts, but for those who've only seen the POVs, it seems lame.
  5. PortAventura Europa Park Any International Disney Parks Carowinds King's Dominion Heide Park Dollywood Kennywood Lagoon Park That's what I can think of.
  6. 1. Expedition GeForce 2. Colossos 3. Nitro
  7. Entered the name: Rocky Mountain Racers. Hope you like it, should be a fun ride to check out next year!
  8. Best: Maverick, MF, Talon Worst: Corkscrew models, Big Thunder Mountain, all Morgan/Arrow hypers except PR.
  9. I think Eagle's Fortress.
  10. I've never ridden it, but Eagle's Fortress might just be the best. My favourite is Magnum XL-200, with The Demon and Vortex at CW close behind.
  11. Really excited for the new slides, should be fun. Expecting some crazy new RMC in 2018, so get hyped.
  12. Wildfire is my first. I also love Lightning Rod, Jurassic Flyer and Taron.
  13. Question of the day, Tremors or Timber Terror?

  15. Arrow-Log Flume B&M-Hyper Chance-Hyper GTX Gerstlauer-Iron Rattler trains Huss-Frisbee Intamin-Giga/Megalite Larson-Drop Tower Mack- Hyper Premier- Full Throttle RMC-Hybrid S&S-drop tower Schwarzkopf- Triple Looper vekoma- Giant Inverted Boomerang
  16. Rock n Roller coaster at WDW. Honestly a really underrated ride.
  17. We know that due to this incident, the name Valravn is likely to be scrapped. Does anybody have an idea of what name the dive coaster will go by? I'm thinking Centurion, as Cedar Fair trademarked that name with Fury 325, and it would fit well with the colour scheme and the names of rides within the park.
  18. I'll add the "world class" Bizzaro here. The restraints were really tight and sorta killed the ride, and the great airtime that everyone goes crazy for only lasts a few hills.
  19. If you have a rage breakdown when somebody in line says "this looks unsafe" or "the train can easily derail "
  20. So, did you know that Aftershock got purchased for half a million dollars?
  21. Why hasn't this been done yet ? Or more importantly, why are there still no Intamin mega lites in the U.S.?! EDIT: I realize the answer to my first question is when you have a giga coaster with a lot of airtime hills you get an immensely expensive 8,000ft plus coaster called Steel Dragon 2000 Skyrush I guess I'm hoping for an Intamin Mega-Lite at Six Flags Fiesta Texas someday. Not that I'll ever be back, but it would be a good fit.
  22. Agreed! Corkscrew is far more painful than Mean Streak, it actually might be one of the worst rides I've been on. I actually think Blue Streak was the most painful ride on my Cedar Point trip. Then again, I was sitting in the final row. I went back later to re-ride near the front and it wasn't so bad. Gemini was my worst there... My least favourite coasters ever are Apocalypse the Ride and Le Monstre. Apocalypse for its restraints, and Le Monstre cause it actually gave headbanging on a woodie.
  23. Tremors at Silverwood is my favourite woodie. Considering the fact I've ridden a few others, it's safe to say they're my favourite woodie manufacturer.
