I wish I would have known when I went back in August. -
I just saw this in my Facebook news feed. They were touring Rocky Mountain Construction's factory and took pictures of various coaster projects they are working on for Kentucky Kingdom, Dollywood, and Six Flags Great Adventure. EDIT: It turns out RMC manufactures the track for the S&S 4D Free-Fly coasters.

I rode Sky Rush in the front when I went in June and didn't feel any pain after getting off the ride. -
I finally got to ride Nitro in the rain today. Fortunately it wasn't heavy rain just a light drizzle. It was still a tad painful. Speaking of lines, I was definitely glad I got the Gold Flash Pass today. I actually had to use it for Skull Mountain which I rarely ever do. I arrived before opening and ended up leaving around 4:00 because I was tired of the rain.

Come for Winghawk... stay for the singing mushrooms that never sing. They were singing when I visited this past Saturday. -

Is the Reese's Cup Challenge a similar ride to Ghostwood Estate at Kennywood? Obviously not story-wise, but ride system-wise? -

Hurler was not running when I went on Saturday, so I can't say anything about that coaster. However, my complaint with Rebel Yell is the tiny seats. -

When I rode Volcano on Saturday, I rode in the back and I noticed a slight rattle. Not enough to detract from my enjoyment of the ride, but enough to notice. -
I just got back from my first ever visit to BGW. I can definitely say that Verbolten was by far my favorite coaster in the park. I rode that baby four times. I didn't ride Tempesto because I don't care for going backwards on a coaster. Apollo's Chariot was ok, but the trims ruined it. Nitro is much better since it doesn't have the trims on. Alpengeist was fun, but seemed to have quite a rattle in the back. Loch Ness Monster is not friendly to people with long torsos. I rode it in the back and my shoulders hurt a bit when I got off. Griffon was fun, if a bit short. I love how clean and well-landscaped the park is as well as the level of themeing. They had a fireworks show tonight which was also very nice.

I didn't follow that policy. Nobody seemed to care. I was able to ride in the front on Fahrenheit, Sky Rush, Storm Runner, Wild Cat, both sides of Lightning Racer, and in the back on Great Bear.
