That's odd, I've never had a ride op say anything about a camera at the DLR, on any rides with the exception of Tower of Terror and Soarin. I walked right onto Screamin cam in hand in the front row with 2 or 3 ride ops that could easily see the cam, and they didn't say anything. When in doubt, ask the ride-op

^^ Wes you crack me up. Also something to consider is the fact that the ceiling is about 8 feet high, so that would make your person about the same height as Shaq, where-as my view of it puts it at about 6 feet. Also something to keep in mind....The spritis Henry and John were each about 6 feet tall, and John was the one crushed while trying to run through the door in the engine room. The door possibly caught him in the middle and might have cut him in half. The figure looks to be wearing a dark uniform, possibly the uniform of a sailor The tour was supposed to last 2 hours, since our psychic was running late it started about 8:30 and ended right around 11

Ok to answer a couple questions... In the shot of the changing rooms, there actually was somebody in there, that's not a ghost, look closely at his hands you can see the flashlight Every picture, with the exception of the one shot of the pool and the shot of the psychic, I used a flash on, so there are no light tricks due to not using a flash In the shot of the pool with the ghostly figure, the 2 other people on the right were people on the tour, there is actually a 3rd person who holding a flashlight right by the other side of the pillar as well The night club in the boiler room is on the opposite side of the room that I was shooting on, it's pretty big in there, the first couple shots i took about 1/2 way through the room Here is how I break down the ghostly figure...

Ok so I know this isn't exactly theme park related, but I figured this was the right place for it..... So last night to celebrate my ex's birthday, she wanted to go on one of the ghost tours of the Queen Mary. For those of you that don't know...the Queen Mary is a gi-normous passenger liner built way back in the 1930's which now is permanently dry docked in Long Beach, CA. To give you an idea of the size of the ship, it is still bigger than most major cruise ships today and is actually longer and taller than the Titanic. Something you may also not be aware of is the fact the ship is considered to be one of the 10 most haunted places in the world. Why is a passenger ship so haunted you might ask. Well back in WWII the Queen Mary was transformed into the "Grey Ghost" and used as a transfer boat for soldiers. On one particular voyage, she carried over 16,000 soldiers on a single crossing. Ok Ok enough history, but it's been documented that in the past 60 years, over 45 deaths have been reported on the ship, and many of those people have refused to move on to the afterlife. I'm actually pretty sure that I caught one on camera...more on that later. So let's begin our tour.... I'd like to take a moment to let you know that none of these images you are about to see were doctored in any way shape or form except to lighten the darker pictures, and to create a couple zoom boxes for you to see a better look at the activity going on After we checked in we had about an hour before the tour was to begin so we headed up to the main deck. Here's a shot of Long Beach from the promenade deck of the Queen Mary There wasn't a way to re-enact the famous "i'm king of the world" moment from "Titanic" so this would have to do I'm definitely not cut out to be a sailor What other cruise ship do you know of that has a gun turret on it. This was added during the "Grey Ghost" era So here is the information for the tour we took, it's pulled right off the queen mary website So now it was time to start the tour, and in walks this smokin little thing, had to be in her late 20's and it turns out she is our psychic for the evening Without seeming weird I was able to snap a pic of her while she was giving us the introduction. Since there was no flash, she's a little blurred, sorry guys So the tour starts in this room, where we walk over a pool showing off one of the massive propellers of the ship. If you've been to their Halloween event Shipwreck, you've probably seen this before. As we entered this room, we could hear a faint what seemed to be groaning noise, it just kept repeating itself over and over again First major stop on the tour was the engine room. When we entered this room we immediately heard the groaning noise we heard in the propeller room, only this time it was a little louder. Erika, our tour guide starts to tell us the story of a man named John, a crew member who was crushed to death in this door Over the years many people have said they have spotted a figure, supposedly John walking up and down these catwalks in the engine room. Also while we were in this room, we heard an elevator running for quite a bit. No big deal except the elevator that was running is mostly closed down and rarely used plus it is only used by employees with key cards, and most of them won't even use it because it is reported to be haunted. Before you start thinking that this is all staged, I can tell you it is not. They do however have a smaller ghost tour called "ghosts and legends" that runs during the day in which the rooms they go into have special effects and noises and so on. There are absolutely no special effects used during the paranormal ship wlaks Erika then asked for a volunteer to use what are called dowling rods, which are used to contact spirits. Two other people volunteered and didn't get much of a result so I thought I'd give it a try The way it works is you hold the sticks somewhat straight forweward loosely in your hands then the psychic proceeds to ask the spirit to move the sticks in their direction. To make sure I wouldn't intentionally move them, I closed my eyes, when I opened them this is the direction they were pointing. Sorry about the cut off photo, but you can see the rods are pointing down the catwalk Next stop on the tour was the boiler room. Now we were actually lucky to get in here because believe it or not, one of the most haunted places on the ship, is actually a nightclub on the weekends, but it wasn't being used tonight so we got to go in. Now just a couple seconds later i took another shot A little different picture isn't it. Most of those circles you see are nothing more than dust particles but some of them are orbs, though it is odd there were no dust particles in the previous pic. Orbs are one form of parnormal activity, kind of a concentration of spiritual activity, which cannot be seen by the human eye, but are very frequently caught on camera in haunted places Here you can see an orb a little more zoomed in And here is another very bright orb Here you can see one behind this lady who apparently wasn't feeling too comfortable about being there Down this walkway lies the entrance to boiler room #3, but as you can see there is a gate in front of it. Erika then told us the story of a man named Henry who is the resident ghost in this part of the ship. While he isn't an evil spirit, he's definitely not one of the more friendly ghosts aboard the ship. In the past the tour used to go through to boiler room # 3 but on one occasion, A lady felt somebody grab her neck, and when they looked, there was a handprint on her neck and no one was near her to leave it. since then Erika refuses to go near the gate, and it no longer is part of the tour. That didn't stop me from walking right up to that gate and taking a picture, and look who was there to greet me. Hi Henry To the right of the gate is an actual opening into the boiler room, and just a couple seconds later, same location.... Another orb appeared, Henry seems to like me From another angle, one second there is nothing... About a second later this thing appeared in the shot Now also keep in mind, that there is nothing on these walls that reflect light So time to take a picture and see if we could get any of our little friends in there with us. Turns out we ended up with a giant light behind us...but wait it gets better A couple seconds later the picture was taken again, the light was still there, and it apparently got bigger But then a couple seconds later, it dissapeared That seemed to be enough excitement for the boiler room so it was on to our next stop, the cargo hold, and the first room where I felt genuinely freaked out So here is the cargo hold, a very claustrophobic stuffy room that sits 40 ft below the water, almost immediately when we entered the room, the groaning noise started again, only this time it was pretty loud. And after a minute of hearing it, it started to move around the room. At one point we could almost make out the words "help me" amongst the low droning groan. Erika informed us that she believes this is the original source of the sound, as this room was the sight of a very tragic event, where quite a few people were killed. Again you can see another example of how in one picture there is hardly anything, but just a couple seconds later, it's a much different story. Again orbs are present Here's another one In the middle of this room is a giant shaft, not sure exactly where it went up top but down below, during war times it was used to house the POWs Looking up the shaft you can see a single floating orb After we left the cargo hold, we passed through an area known as the archives, which takes up a substantial portion of the ship, as they have all the original furniture and other things stored in this area. As we walked by Erika told us she saw a figure very briefly at the end of the hallway, I pulled out my camera and at first I thought I had nothing, but then I caught another orb right there by the couch We continued on to the last stop on the tour, the first and third class pool The pool is considered by some to be the most haunted area on the ship, and judging by what i caught on camera, and what I experienced, I would probably agree. If you do end up taking the regular "ghosts and legends" tour, you will get to come through here, though they have the place rigged with a TV and special effects so it's by no means the same experience There are certain places that as you walk up to them you feel kind of bad vibes or negative energy surrounding them, this was one such place. It's located on the opposite side of the pool on the side i shot from. There is a staircase which leads to the second level and this is a sort of closet underneath that staircase. For some reason, I knew I wasn't supposed to go in here Behind the far wall of the pool lies the changing rooms. Erika told us that she believes that this corridor is a vortex or a doorway to the otherside. So a group of 15 of us came in here and each couple picked a stall, and then the lights went off, and the really scary stuff started happening... As we entered the room the place smelled dank and mildewy, but as we stood in the pitch black everyone at once started saying that we could smell flowers. Erika told us that was a spirit named Jennifer who is seen walking around the 2nd level in all white. The smell vanished, but then a few seconds later we all smelt cigarette smoke. That was are good friend Henry from the boiler room. Apparently he decided to come pay us a visit. One lady freaked out and left because she felt something grab and pull her purse, and there was nobody with her. Once they left, it was our turn. ABout a minute later I could have swore that I saw a very dark figure walk in front of us down the corridor. It stopped a couple stalls down form us and appeared to be looking into the empty stall. It stayed there for a minute then out of nowhere, it appeared to turn around and look straight at me. I couldn't quite make out a face but i Knew it was facing towards me, so I said, that's enough for me and got the hell out of there While the second group went in for their not so terrifying experience I walked around shooting some pictures seeing if i could catch anything on film. Here is the pool looking straight down from the upper level. I heard that one of the deaths here was a person that jumped from the 2nd level into the pool killing themself. This apparently was the last thing they saw After the changing room experience we all gathered by the pool as Erika told us of one more spirit. A little girl named Jackie. While being known to occasionally make giggling noises she failed to do so when she was called upon however at one point about 10 people all saw a figure stanfing in the right corner of the 2nd level. I set my camera to multishot to try and grab a still of her, but no luck. But here is what the pool area looks like without flash With just a few minutes left of the tour I decided to keep taking pictures and it wasn't until after we laft that I saw this picture. If you don't believe in ghosts, now would be a good time to start. At first glance you can't really see anything in this picture but look closely toward the bottom corner of the pool...do you see it? Here is a figure, not sure whether it is a man or woman, but as you can see it is definitely not human, and it appears that part of it's torso and possibly it's head is also missing. Thats right that is a ghost people. caught on camera, and in case you think there is something there.... This picture, taken a little earlier, shows that there is nothing there but the pillar. So there you have it, the paranormal ship walk on the Queen Mary, well worth the $50 price, and definitely something you should check out next time you are in that area. I'll leave you all with a final shot of the ship as we were heading to the car. Thanks for checking this out, hope you enjoyed it

here's actually what's wrong with my TRV-19.... it seems recently that the exposure is always cranked up real high and I've tried setting the level in the camera lower but it doesn't make much of a difference. Here are a couple screen grabs from a uncompressed DV video file to demonstrate that. I also had a chance today to get a hands on feel for both the Sony and Panasonic, and I absolutely love the OIS on the Panasonic, that alone is making me want to go that route, i also looked into possibly going with the GS80 instead of the 320 just cause I'm not sure I want to spend that much on the 320, and I can get a 32X optical zoom on the GS80 and still get the awesome OIS vs Sony's digital stabilization

So my good old Sony DCR-TRV19 MiniDV cam is on it's last leg, and I'm looking into buying a new camcorder before the midwest trip. I've done a ton of research on these models but wanted to see what anyone else who shoots theme park videos might reccomend. Here's the order I'm looking at First choice - Sony DCR-HC48 ($400) Pros - 1 MP CCD, 25X Optical Zoom, Still Shot Capture, 16:9 recording with widescreen lcd Cons - Poor low light performance Second choice - Panasonic PV-GS320 ($500) Pros - 2 MP 3CCD, decent low light performance, still shot capture, optical image stabilatization, 16:9 recording with widescreen lcd Cons - pricey, questionable build quality, only 10X opitcal zoom Third choice - Sony DCR-HC38 ($330) Pros - 40X optical zoom Cons - poor low light performance, only 680K pixel sensor, no still shot could also go with the DCR HC28 which is identical it just drops the optical zoom down to 25X At first I was also considering the Canon ZR850 but it lacks the ability of adding filters and lens adapters so if i can't use a wide angle les on it, that rules that cam out entirely Here are the specs of my current camcorder Sony DCR-TRV19 from 2003 680K sensor 10X optical zoom I've been pretty happy with the video I've gotten from this thing over the years, though it never really shot well in low light. So not sure how much I want to invest in this, and if the video quality I get is gonna be worth the difference. Any suggestions which of those to go with.

great TR Jahan, I was there last night around 7, we waited a little over 2 hours for Nemo, but i had a couple movies on my ipod so the time flew by. I'm really glad the subs are back, and I agree with Jahan, the ride doesn't give you that OMG that was awesome feeling, i certainly wouldn't wait more than an hour for it now. And having also ridden the epcot version, a lot of stuff is the same. That being said though, it's a nice ride, very immersive, one of the only few rides out there that actually put you into the action. Kids are gonna go crazy over it, adults...not so much. Still looking forward to getting a few more rides in after summer

wow what a way to turn the show on its heels. They totally had me sold on the flashbacks. I guess we know now how they are gonna stretch the show out another 3 seasons. The only WTF moment in the show though for me was the whole thing with Charlie at the end, why he decided to do what he did....god it's tough not putting any spoilers on here.

Finding Nemo at Disneyland
DegoRed replied to Xtreme-me's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
AP members should be getting little postcards in the mail as well, I just got mine today. That's kind of strange how the AP preview days are not open to all members, like they have been in the past Just those that win this special drawing. They must think that they'll have way too many people show up, and the lines will be crazy if they open it up to all APs those 2 days. Hope I win AP members have until May 28th to register for this, and the card also says nothing of an official opening date to the public, but the 11th sounds pretty reasonable at this point -

Best Theme Park Food
DegoRed replied to ChrisZer0's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
How can you forget Mrs. Knotts Chicken Dinner????????? ITS THE BEST well for me anyways it was... Till I got highered to bus boy there I got free meals on lunchbreak and never want anotoher peace of chicken agine That place used to be awesome, but recently they've seemed to add a lot more salt into their recipe which to me kills the perfect taste their chicken used to have I think for sure the best theme park restaraunt I've ever been in is Mythos, but I can't believe nobody else has picked this as the best what I would call value theme park food....Countdown Chicken Fusilli @ Redd Rockets in Disneyland, I've stopped at the park on some days just to have that for lunch ...ok and maybe taking a quick ride on space mtn had a little something to do with it too -
kinda a shame, considering she just recently made herself look somewhat decent again. I remember watching a couple episodes of her show on E awhile back, and it was so stupid it actually was entertaining. I'm not glad she's dead, I agree, there are plenty of other annoying celebrities that i'd like to see go before her, real curious to see if it had anything to do with the TrimSpa though

PTR: Jahan goes to Disneyland!
DegoRed replied to arrowfanman's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ Yeah but how long is Matterhorn usually down for, cause it was closed back in November for rehab as well, wouldn't expect a rehab to last 3 months ...and on the topic of Rockin Space Mtn, the more I ride the more I love it, I actually like it more than the original version now, and i also agree that it doesn't feel any slower having the lights on -
^ it's one ticket per person, group tickets are discounted because so many people in a group will be buying them X and Tatsu ERT....I'm there, and who could turn down an Alvey party, as long as nothin screwy happens at work, I'll be there. Then again, I still haven't been to a WCB, something always seems to come up that keeps me from going, hopefully this year will be different

PTR: Jahan goes to Disneyland!
DegoRed replied to arrowfanman's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
well after seeing this PTR i thought I would be expecting the same kind of crowds yesterday. I was wrong, though it certainly wasn't crowded, but both parks were far from dead. So onto the main reason I went, Rockin both parks. I gotta say I like the Rockin Space Mtn idea, could it have been better implemented...hell yeah. But it was a fun change from the original version, and Higher Ground is one of my fav RHCP songs anyway so it made it that much better. Over at DCA. CA Screamin's overlay i liked a lot as well, the music wasn't exactly synched up but at least you could hear the music, those speakers were cranked up loud and we were even in the front and could hear every single thing. Only downside at DCA, was we were waiting to ride the sun wheel, when it broke down with only 2 people ahead of us, so that kinda sucked and i guess that had to do an evac on it anyway. Just like when Jahan was there, in fact I ran into him last night before the fireworks, when they announced it, the fireworks were cancelled again due to "wind at higher elevations" i was lookin forward to seein the show again seeing as it's been quite a few months since the last time i did, but what are you gonna do? overall it was a fun day, we had got on everything we wanted to and rode Space 3 times, each time loved it even more, but I still think nothin beats the "in the dark" version oh yeah and i even saw some SFMM/KBF operations yesterday as well. Matterhorn was back up, but with the line wrapping all the way to Tomorrowland Terrace they never opened the second side, which pretty much made the line 40 min most of the day, way to go Disney -
well after watching it, thats really all i could think of, to me I was looking at it from a point of that being a lot of work, but for what....i guess if you have a lot of time on your hands than what else is there to do, I will say though, you did put a lot of time and effort into it, like others said it was a bit long, i didn't laugh that much but the sheer randomness of it made it somewhat enjoyable
-
and the point of that was...

The coaster is complete, while I'm not as happy with the turnout of this year's model compared to last year, I think it still turned out pretty well. Check out the pics, and I'll have some more up in the next few days as well as a video. enjoy and finally a shot of the train in the loop zeeeee loop the final drop into... second pass THROUGH THE TREE leading into the final drop train about to drop into the tree 2 upper turns inside station walking up to station LEGO person POV from station area right side overview left side overview an overview of the completed coaster

New update 12/16 - completed straightaway, outer turn, and 90 degree turnaround inside tree and finally, it's EE...THROUGH THE TREE!!! 90 DEGREES!!!!! overview of the right side 2nd outer turn from the other side where construction left off, the now completed straightaway under the lift an overview of construction thus far
-
Same concept, different layout. The tree is also really full this year which makes passing the track through the tree pretty difficult. I'm just kinda playing it by ear and figuring out where to run it And as far as the comment goes about the turns being rough, yeah they aren't gonna be perfect cause building with that kinda support structure doesn't make for perfect turns
-
It's back for another year. Expedition Evergreen...my 2006 Christmas K'nex coaster. Check out the latest updates, and after the ride is completely built I'll have a video for you all to check out here's an overview of the construction site, ok so it's just a tree mostly work on the unfinished station, currently missing the queue and exit a look inside the station zee lift hill for all you POV people here's a look up the county fair style lift hill : ) looking up from the ground next to the station the first turning drop a shot of the 2 completed turns here's where track layout is at currently

This is taken from my post on WC, I want to preface this by saying I had a good time, and if there is anyone on here going or thinking of going to Halloween Haunt I highly encourage it. I'm just a veteran and have been going for many years so my take on it is a little different...That being said..on with the TR... Unlike past Haunts, I did not start tonight off with the pre-scare dinner, just bought tickets and waited in line like everyone else. Got there at 5:30, in line for entry about 6, they let us in to the holding area around 6:15, then dropped the ropes around 6:30. We headed over to Bullet, since my friend had never been on it. We got front row waited about 5 min, later in the night I think it was up to an hour or so Before I get into the individual mazes there is a couple points that I wanted to mention. One of the biggest problems is that there is not nearly enough talent in these mazes and the few talent that are in there are not utilizing the places to hide. The talent just stands out there hardly moving around in the open, that doesn't scare anyone. Granted they are working for a long time in the same space, I probably wouldn't want to exert much effort either. But others were really putting forward the effort. But there were just far too many that didn't seem to care. The other thing I noticed a ton of tonight were monsters in just about every maze, standing around either talking to other monsters or blackouts, or guests, completely breaking character, or for example in axe murder, a single monster followed an entire group throughout 25% of the maze just because he got into an arguing match with a guest and he wasn't trying to scare him either, just sayin stuff like..."yeah i'm still here" " i can follow you all over this thing, you can't get rid of me" totally not cool. So that being said onto the mazes.... First up, Grudge 2......This was very well done, but with all mazes seriously lacking talent, and a lot of the talent was grouped up, in some rooms there were 4 monsters, while the following 3 rooms had none link: It's a good one for a first year, question is will they keep it around next year? 8/10 We did a quick ride on Xcelerator, 2 train wait, and then over to Red Moon. Again, seriously lacking on talent, even places I knew talent would or should have been in the past weren't there. The RMM story has run it's course time for a change. I got one good scare so it gets a 6/10 And the winner for the biggest waste of time at Haunt is...Cavern of Lost Souls. While last year showed a fairly decent improvement over Underworld, this version was flat out pathetic. I counted 5 monsters in the ENTIRE RIDE link: nobody in the spiderweb scene, and only 1 person in the entire lower portion of the ride, 3 people in the stalactite room or whatever you call it, and the final monster as you exit the mine...pathetic, plus it broke down by the lift, wow could they have got some good scares in but we just there waiting for someone to show up, no one did.....lame 1/10 At this point we caught the first show of the hanging. I'm not gonna spoil anything here, and just say that the show relies on too much crude humor and sexual jokes. I mean halfway through I was just shakin my head at 1/2 the jokes. The list of accused was rather weak, and the person who they decided to hang...well they could have picked someone way better....all i gotta say is bring back the Executioner, this new version just didn't live up to the Hangings of the past 6/10 After the Hanging, we decided to grab a burger at the new Johnny Rockets. My first experience there was not a good one, meaning tonight. We sat down at 8:40 a couple was sat next to us at 8:50 and somehow they got there food first which still wasn't till about 9:10...a 1/2 hour for a burger link: at that point i went to the supervisor and told him we weren't waiting any longer, and just as he grabbed our waiter, he finally grabs a pair of burgers we had been eying for about 7 mins sitting out of course they're cold so I tell him i'm not paying for that. They offer to pay for the burgers and get us 2 new ones which came out within 2 min, wow shows you what kind of efficiency they're running over there  So food done, we head over to Lost Vegas. It's a comical maze and I got a few laughs out of it, and even a couple scares, still has a long way to go to be good. 7/10 13 Axe Murder Manor had the longest line for all the mazes filling the entire switchbacks of mystery lodge out all the way to Bigfoot's entrance. I didn't think this was possible but this maze is WAY too long, and with no line separation, and the combination of little talent it was an absolute bore. It's the only time I kept telling myself "I want this to be over NOW" Such a shame cause the maze is REALLY well done, it doesn't have the cookie cutter cardboard box feel a lot of the others have, it just needs to be shortened, or filled with WAY more talent actually trying to scare people...for this year 2/10 (would have been 1 but the theming i'm giving an extra point to) Hatchet High was just as it always has been. I like the comedic aspect of this maze but it's time to give Hatchet High...well the Hatchet lol i crack myself up sometimes. Go back to the days of putting something genuinely scary in WDH....fun maze with decent talent....8/10 Time for the most anticipated part of the night, the return of Marty Putz, the guy's been on hiatus from Haunt for awhile, so I thought maybe he'd have some new stuff, but it was the same old thing, but still really enjoyable "thats one big ass goldfish" and chubby bunny were awesome as always....8/10 Over to Ghostrider with an hour 1/2 wait...hahaha NOT as in not happening, so we make our way over to Feary Tales/Asylum Feary Tales and Asylum were the same as last year, though I did notice more talent in both mazes than previously, which equaled some good scares in both though Asylum just gives that creepy uneasy feeling which makes it my pick for BEST MAZE at Haunt. Feary Tales 7/10...Asylum 10/10 Across the entrance plaza into the Gauntlet? I only say that cause in the whole front of CS, no lights, no fog, no Gauntlet, bunch of monsters standing around talkin to each other, killed the mood for that scare zone. Red Beard's Revenge was great cause when we walked up no one else was in line, got some great scares before runnning into the rest of the line but this maze was also very well done, its definitely a winner for at least another year if not longer...8/10 I don't know why, but I decided to give Lore 1 more chance, and I'm glad I did. Lore had a much higher count of talent in there and they were actually scaring people link: Lore made a vast improvement over previous years, but this one's gotta go too 6/10 Dark Realm: Lazer Rage...first off if you pay 5 bucks for the lazer tag portion you will feel so jipped, they claim you'll be shooting the monsters, but with the exception of 2 monsters all you could shoot were targets mounted on walls...L A M E, thankfully the maze made another vast improvement from last year, still nothing to rant and rave about but some good talent mixed in there....4/10 and to end the night was Terrorvision. I love this maze, it's not scary by any means but that guitar and drum track constantly playing mixed in with the little variations from room to room makes it a winner in my book, plus the best part was Sesameat street the talent in there was awesome. Doin some stuff like that recent Disney video floating around, I was rolling 9/10 So we got there at opening left shortly after midnight, I really think what they need to do is either increase their budget for talent or just start eliminating some of the uneeded mazes and making the good ones great, and don't rely on sooo much crude humor and shock value for the shows, then Knotts will be tough to beat

4 days after the anniversary of 9/11 i finally got around to seeing World Trade Center. It was good, not quite the tear jerker i expected it to be. It relied more on sad and depressing music to bring everyone down more so than the actual acting and story. I'm not sure it was better that they didn't do a huge hollywood re-enactment of the planes hitting the building and the towers collapsing, but seeing what it was like for those guys trapped inside...well I couldn't imagine anything more terrifying than that. All in all a good movie, about 8/10

I got my copy a few days ago, and this is how I sum up a R&E DVD. I intended to only watch a couple segments at a time, but found myself having to watch more and more segments until it was finished. And the Japan TV was worked in so well that it made me watch more just to see how crazy it was gonna get, and that 3rd clip...OMG I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. As for the "regular" videos, top notch job as always. You guys always seem to put a perfect mixture of people to coasters, something I'm gonna start striving for in future videos. Lastly I like these DVDs compared to ones with just the US parks on them, cause most of us will never have a chance to visit those parks in Japan and/or the UK, so it really gives us an idea whats out there beyond the States. Great job as always guys, and you even managed to squeeze me in to a few shots on the BGT segment btw I hate you guys so much for using the Numa Numa song for BGT, that has got to be the most addicting song on the planet. I can't get it out of my head. If you're looking to download it, the song is actually called "Dragostea Din Tei" though it also goes by "Mai Ya Hi" by Ozone, make sure you get the original Romanian version, the English one is crap
