Has an addition of a single helix in the layout been ruled out? I'd love to see the reactions if that happens.

It's been a confirmed in-house project since the park opened for the season. Seriously.... can this rumor die already? The hints that RMC themselves dropped was clear as day pointing at Hurler. I have not seen RMC give any hints? Source? Or are you talking about the hints that Irvine Ondrey Engineering posted on fb about getting the Cedar Fair contract? Because you do know that IOE works with GCI as well as RMC, correct? Either way they said it's a large project, and all signs point to Hurler. So no, it's not entirely in-house. What leads me to think it's RMC is them saying they're booked for 2017 along with GCI already working with BGW down south. 1. You want RMC Hurler 2. Large project confirmed 3. People in the CP thread said so Guys he's right.

The only experience wooden coasters give that steel coasters don't is the experience of being on a wooden coaster.

I read that thread when I need a good laugh. I especially love it when people still suggest a wing coaster, totally ignoring the fact that the chain abandoned building them after X-Flight. Oh it's obnoxious. The main point they're going off for "knowing" it's a T-Rex is that that Joker is more thrilling than El Diablo, so "obviously" they're going for a three year plan of increasing intensity of new coasters. lol wtf? But back on topic I could totally see a flat package as well. I'm still waiting for the T-Rex to be built in my neighborhood. My neighborhood already has a ton of houses, so we don't need any more.

Maybe they'll build Flight of Fear from scratch, just using the one at Kings Dominion for track, trains, and the building. The queue will be completely new.

According to the recent rumors that have been "going around", we're getting Flight of Fear from King's Dominion. I mean, it would be nice if it were relocated to Dorney Park. But, I thought it was a very popular coaster at Kings Dominion? Or has the ridership been steadily declining over the years? But, I could be wrong or the rumours could be nothing at all, but rumours. Maybe Dorney will only get the building like some people are saying and they'll build a roller coaster to compete with Skull Mountain

What will they do on the 3-4 days a year when the line is longer than a station wait then? Oh that's right, put the second train on. Does Flight of Fear have separate loading and unloading stations? If they only run one train with the two stations that might create a line.

Only 2 good coasters. Even KI and KD have a better coaster collection. That's not really fair. Vortex is right up there with Behemoth and Leviathan. Aside from that there's a huge drop off but Backlot, Fly, Thunder Run and Guardian (if that counts) are all good rides. I agree though, they do have a lot of duds. Well, even KI, KD and CP have a better coaster collection if you counted vortex. CW should be CP quality. Cedar Point having a better roller coaster collection than another park? Whoa. All of the parks you mentioned have much better collections than Dorney. If you aren't satisfied with your favorite park's lineup, do what I do with Dorney and laugh at it. It works really well.

If we're talking about attendance, would Dorney need less roller coasters to balance out the lines?

That's another roller coaster leaving Kings Dominion. Is the KD thread aware of this rumor? If it gets replaced with anything other than another roller coaster that thread will become hell.

Speaking of that picture, how is Time Warp? I hear Volares getting bad reviews, but I rode Soarin' Eagle at Coney Island last month and it was fine. Is Soarin' Eagle an exception or are Volares rides where different body shapes have completely different experiences?
