^^Totally agree. This seems like a more complex coaster, so it should have more renderings! A POV will probably be released soon, so that should clear things up. I think I'm going to contact the park as well, asking them about this, so hopefully that will solve things fingers crossed. ^That would be awesome! Maybe yellow and orange tracks to fit the theme?

That would be fun! Even if they don't produce airtime, I'm sure they will be fun. Yes. That is probably going to be the hardest thing to do if it's a single tracked coaster. I'm sure they have a complex computer system that will keep the ride in check, and make sure the side race. I can't really see Magic Mountain blowing it after a large investment like this. That' going to be exciting! I'm definitely excited that we will be able to see the progress throughout the whole year. Didn't RMC say that they were installing the first piece of track on their FB page? Or was that Cyclone? It looks like a station to me, but I guess anything is up in the air at this point. Why would it take a long route just to get to the lift hill? And I really do wish they would release a POV or rendering to clear this up . . . guess we have to be patient and hope they will! *EDIT* here are some close ups of the pre lift bunny hops. I know it's kind of hard to see . . .

Ok so here are some screen shots to try and settle the station speculation. I don't know if this is going to help, but here goes. ok, so it looks like the train is about to enter the brake run, with the stations off to the right, and the red train on the other block section. Here's another view of the station orientation. It almost appears that there are two stations connected, kind of like Millennium's load/unload platform. If someone wants to help me out by interpreting it, go for it.

honestly, I don't think it's a bad addition, but Green Lantern was a relocation (not to mention that it's not "great"), the flats were geared toward families, and the Safari was more fun when you could drive your car through it. I don't mean to sound negative, but Zumanjaro has been the only good thing in a long time. It's all just going to be a matter of opinions, which are all different.

NO! That's so annoying! I've never ridden Cliff Hanger, but it looks awesome seeing that drop once you push yourself forward over the edge. And to think that that awesome name will be turned to Dive Bomber makes me even more infuriated! I totally feel ripped off - kind of what Over Texas's water park did a few years ago, but at least they kept one side of their drop slide without the capsule for the variety... Honestly what they're doing now is awesome. Those floor drop slides are much better and less dull than the "over the edge" ones. I just feel like it's a total rip off. It's like taking a coaster, turning it backwards and repainting it, and calling it new.

^That's right. It BETTER be running on opening day. I mean it's like four track segments right? If a carnival can get it up in about a day (probably less, actually), they should be able to get it up with the time of the off-season. On a side point, the construction actually seems to be going smoothly and starting early - think Cyclone (they are installing track today), so that gives me hope that they will get all or most of their rides running early.

That would be pretty funny! Let's fill that Ragin Cajun space! -
^Maybe. They actually aren't that bed, but I don't think they need four. As well as it has good theming (looks like it's surrounded by water in that remdering - or maybe it's just concrete), I think it can actually be not half bad. I know Great Adventure is a larger park and has priority over the smaller parks, but I really think we should count our blessings. Just think of Great Escape - I feel bad for those that have that as their home park. It seems like they NEVER get anything good.
-
^That would be pretty sweet! They seem to take a break every year after a large coaster and go with a cheaper option, so this could be it (not sure how much these thing cost - can't be that expensive), so maybe for 2016 or 2017. And we pretty much know Magic Mountain isn't opting for a 200 foot version - they're going all 400 feet or maybe even more!

Exactly, people just aren't happy unless they get what they envisioned in their head. Oh, please I was not complaining at all. I was just simply confused that there is no Gotham City re-theme after all of the hints that lead toward that. It's very hard to detect emotion through text, so please try to give someone the benefit of the doubt when they say "What's with no Gotham City re-theme after all of the teasing" and not jump to conclusions that they were complaining. Anyways, I think this looks great! I'm excited that S&S has sold their first one of these, because I know they have been trying to sell them for a long while. can't wait for 2015!

^Agree. It looks fun, but it's not beating out Iron Rattler out for the top spot for the largest & most exciting announcement. I'm sure it's going to be an improvement over a Zac Spin, as it looks smoother and more graceful. It's sure to be fun! Oh, and what's with no Gotham City re-theme after all of that teasing?

I wouldn't even give it that much credit. More like County Fair Super Loop There's a super loop at my local fair and it has about 2 other rides and a popcorn stand. No where near even a State Fair level ride. I rode Brain Drain a few weeks ago, and it's really not half bad. I'm not saying that it would be my first choice of a new attraction nor does the chain need a rumored total of four super loops, but they're not terrible and I don't think one would hurt. As for the Free-Spin, I'm on board. The video from the past winter of Robb, Elissa, and KidTums riding looks awesome, and definitely a step up from the Intamin versions (based on the video). It sure looks more comfortable than the Zac Spins - those can really throw you around if you aren't careful! And, yes please to a Rockville re-theme to Gotham City!

I was just thinking that they should add some fog right before the brake run, to stand in as the smoke that they use to calm down bees. It would make it more thematic, that's for sure! -

Just out of curiosity, are those supports before or after the launch room? -

^Yep! At first it will probably be hard to spot the coaster, but as more track is laid out, I'm sure it will be a great view! Kind of like the Goliath one up at Great America if you saw that one from day one to when they finished construction. -

The white mystery columns appear to be a car barn after all. https://www.facebook.com/HolidayWorld Anyone seen their latest video showing off the track? The car barn is visible in the background. Oh, and this whole Ice Bucket Challenge thing between parks is really cool! -
A few things. I really hope the Gotham City rumors hold true, because that would be awesome to see such a dramatic re-theme at Fiesta. Still pulling for the flying coaster, but now it's probably more likely that the free-spin will be put in. Seems like Six Flags won't blow tons of money on a brand new B&M flyer, and the free-spin is much more reasonably priced. And, for all the people who think it's going to be the Time Machine, here are two reasons why it is extremely unlikely. 1) In the past few years, Six Flags hasn't purchased used coasters to put in their parks, so it would be odd if they did that for Fiesta. 2) The Time Machine is much like Superman . . . why put something in if it's going to be similar to something you already have? It's not going to be Time Machine . . . sorry.

It sure does look like a dual station . . . interesting. Could this be the first Giga with one, or are we missing something else entirely?
