That about Verruct documentary was very good. I found it interesting that they make the slide on their own, and recycled parts from Jeff's boneyard. I just wish that the boats would crest the second hill at a greater speed, though. I guess safety always comes first.

That just makes no sense. Especially when you have Nemesis, which is virtually guaranteed to win.

According to Screamscape, there is a soft opening on July 3rd to the season pass holders, and the opening day is the day after on July 4th.

^I think you would be right. RMC doesn't claim their Hybrid coasters as wood, so there would be no marketing issue there trying to convince the everyone that it is a woodie. I think it is just going to be one monster of a coaster!

^^That's actually a really good question. Possibly because it is a clamshell restraint and isn't just a bar. (Covers more of your legs than a T-bar). Or that could have been built before they made the law.

I know the answer to this one, so I will answer. New Jersey has a law banning the T-bars, so they can't use them on Kingda Ka. El Toro doesn't have the either. This just seems like a weird law. By the way, those videos of Kingda Ka and Zumanjaro running together makes me want to get out there as soon as it opens - the structure will probably shake a lot while the gondolas are waiting to drop. Also, the gondolas appear to be going faster than Kingda Ka when they fall! It's probably just due to deceleration of speed on Ka, though (Hasn't reached top speed on the descent until later)

^Or a wingrider that spins (fourth dimension) would be great! Not really sure this would be the perfect fit for the general audience that visits the park, but it would be great for us enthusiasts! 66 days is a long teaser, so we could expect something big!

Exactly. I wish that they would use one year's budget for a new attraction and buy something really cheap or run a ride backwards (so they can market that as a new attraction) and then use the left over money to fix up the park. I'm talking fixing all of the special effects, painting some of their coasters (Eagle comes to mind). Also, running all rides at full capacity would be great as well. They could really make the park look nice, and get everything in running order.

Also, I believe that Premier uses "I" shaped notches, so that rules out another manufacturer. A B&M coaster would be great for this park! Maybe we could see the first launched B&M?

That is pretty cool. I just wish that Kingda Ka's train would be on the descent side when the gondolas drop. They might just be testing it and need to tweak it a bit. (Hopefully it will end up like the teaser video where the train goes over the top) I don't mean to complain, though - it's already cool that they are syncing the two rides together to make for a better ride experience. Hopefully the capacity of Ka won't go down from this, though.

^That makes complete sense. Parked is for a reason (Block test during testing), and stuck in non intentional - why would the lift stop on purpose during normal operation? Just slows things down a bit.

If some of you want, I can do a "mini analysis" of the clues each week and at the end try to come up with the layout based on the clues and then see how accurate/non-accurate it turns out. Would that be worth doing?

^^As far as I'm concerned, it was operating at another park and relocated, so it isn't new. However, the GP can't tell, so I guess technically it is new, but maybe "rebranded" would be a better term to describe Green Lantern.

This should be interesting to see if the clues end up being a hint to the layout on June 24th. I'm excited to see what this is - a little less than a month until the announcement!
