I just hope it's open when I visit in mid-late August. Also, bit of trip planning here, I collect hats and I plan to get one from Sheikra, Montu, Kumba, Cheetah Hunt, and maybe either Falcon's Fury or Cobra's Curse. How much should I expect to spend? Are there even FF hats?

^^^I think the biggest problem with that concept is that it's too close to Banshee too soon. I think that they'll build elsewhere in the park to draw guests away and prevent bottlenecking and overcrowding in that area. It's a great concept that reuses the SoB station and is not technically a gate coaster, well, it's a Gate Coaster in the sense of CW's Leviathan, KBF's Silver Bullet, or VF's Wild Thing. It's near the gate, but it's no Gatekeeper or Fury.

I have a different idea as to what KI could be doing with the flume. Remember what KBF did a couple years ago with their flume? Could KI be next on the revamped flume wagon? Possibly with an updated theme that deals with falling trees?

So apparently Screamscape is reporting that Cedar Fair still has the Centurion trademarked. I could totally see it being used on a Red Track/Black supports invert at Valleyfair. Though I am still partial to Primal or Cthulhu myself.

The Bisch Rocco that was formerly at Kings Island is now the one at Carowinds. Then KI got a new Larson model.

The Knoebels model is a Bisch Rocco. The current Cedar Fair BRs include Kings Dominion and Carowinds. All others are Larson. I believe that snappping is allowed more on the BR models.

Oh now that's not fair. Comparing flyers in Pennsylvania is like comparing Maverick to KBF's Wind Jammer.

When I was there on March 26th, the gondola was at the back of the associate lot with a tarp over it. It's still listed on the park's website, and the Subway page says it's close to Riptide. So my guess is soon, but not yet.

When I got the email about this message, I was thinking that it was a Guy Koepp post. Speaking of which, Screamscape has posted the tunnel rumors about Valravn's second inversion. Though they forgot to mention that the tunnel would be filled with fog and strippers.

Where did you hear that an improv show was going to be in Galaxy? I heard it wasn't going to be open to the public this summer.

Lil Titans moved inside to accomodate the waterpark addition. As for redesigning Pegasus: ____________________________________________ I fell off my chair laughing so hard.

I've also heard that KI won't get a gate coaster due to they like the entrance as is for right now. Do I think that they'll eventually get a Giga? Yes. I just think it'll be after a new wooden coaster (hopefully an RMC hyper).

The CGA expansion is something to look at. But I question what the timeline is on their expansion compared to when the initial report was made that Carowinds, Valleyfair, and CGA were mentioned as growth parks. The question is: is this a new thing at CGA, or is the announcement born from the land disputes with the city? I know that Cedar Fair has a lease on the park until 2072 so how long is this expansion spread out? And with this recent announcement, what will happen first after Carowinds? CGA or VF?
