Why do I get the feeling that if this went to MIA, the whining would still happen? -

Regarding Enterprise's removal for refurbishment, it's closing sometime next month. It seems my information on what's taking its place next year was slightly misinformed. From a brief chat with maintenance, Riptide sounds like it's on its way out as well this year. The main reason it's been kept this long is because Dave Frazier likes water rides. Solution: build a new flume. Remember those rumors that said we'd get a frisbee this year? Maybe it's coming next year in Riptide's spot? -

My biggest questions here are the train stats: Three trains; four riders per car and six cars per train. Whatever's in the shed must allow for three-train operation with minimal/no stacking. Also, the four riders/car and six cars/train do not sound like the typical millennium flyers to me. Maybe a typo or are these a new generation? And then: Race for your life Charlie Brown: what is the status of the log flume? Can't wait to hear how the night ride compares to Beast, especially with the contents of the shed. My prediction: a lot of Lockers. -

That guy on raptor last year, was it ever said if his phone came out of his pocket like magic, or did he have it in his hands? -

^^Agreed with ^ if it was an inverted wooden, it would be from RMC. All signs here point to GCI. I'm sticking by my call to call it Primal. -

I don't think Vortex will get the floorless conversion until it's relocated to Dorney or MIA. That area could be better used by something new to compete with Fury -

Do not trust to hope. It has forsaken these lands. Look for my coming at first light on the fifth day. At dawn, look to the east. -

I've heard it will be back on random days though. I've also heard credible news that both enterprise and super cat will be undergoing year long returns and they will return in different spots in 2018. Enterprise's spot will be taken by an as of yet unknown European picker ride, bought from England. -

Can't argue with that logic. I would rather wait 5 more years for a new coaster than get an SLC anytime in the next four years. On another note, I was just checking the city of Shakopee building permits to see any activity for VF and they opened a new one last week for a new 'maze' which I assume is for Haunt. Not a lot of details though except that they value the new maze at $35,000. Anybody who works at the park or closely with Haunt know where this will be located or what existing maze this will affect? You can check it out here: https://epermits2.logis.org/permits/permitdetails.aspx?city=sh&permitnbr=SH084429 London Terror burned down over the offseason. The old London Terror building will be rebuilt as "Dire, Dire" whatever that means. I've also heard that the Trail's End scare zone will have a skeleton key room this year. I'm thinking that permit could very easily be for Dire, Dire though. -

Report it to a ride operator/supervisor/manager. I've been a victim of line jumping several times off duty and they don't respond when I take out my associate ID, so I've just learned to let the people who are paid to handle it handle it. And if they don't, file a complaint with the park that it's being allowed to happen. Make sure to mention the associate's name. -

How big is the Paul Bunyan lore in the Cincinnati area? With the axe picture and the references to falling trees, I'm thinking this could be Paul Bunyan-themed. -

Anyone else think that Wild Thing could use a better ride sign? Right now it's just the ride name on the station with a big old billboard for Fast Lane in front of it. If it would be done, my guess is when a new flat is added in the old Tilter spot. -

As impossibly stupid as this dream may be, I'd love to see a B&M flyer as our gate coaster with a Pretzel Loop going around the park's entrance. -

The Juicy Lucy at Matt's 5-8 club. They cook the cheese INSIDE of the burger. If you want to stay close to the park, I would recommend Lion's Tap. -

Have all four towers on Power Tower ever gone down due to low supply pressure at the same time? It happened a couple days ago at Valleyfair's three-towered model and I just want to know how common this is? -

If that barrel picture means that the new (presumed) GCI will have a barrel roll (if it is indeed what is being implied), I know that GCI has said that the Millennium Flyers can handle a barrel roll. -
With the gift shop, are there cobra themed hats similar to the ones the performers wore, or just the standard fare in that department? This might be just the pictures you shared, but I found the ride op uniforms detract from the overall great themeing along with a rather open air station instead of in a pyramid-like structure. Again, maybe this is just the shared pictures, but I can't wait to ride it this August!

Recently got off a double night ride on my home park's own GCI: Renegade. I definitely think that this new coaster will give an amazing night ride, perhaps one to rival Beast's. Renegade is not in the woods, but still has a better night ride than day ride and I can't wait to hear the reviews compared to Beast. I was also thinking that the name "Primal" would be a cool name for the coaster. -

My general idea for the park's gate coaster, if it be a B&M invert. Black: general track following (elements TBD) Blue: station Red: lift With plenty of room for queue and a space to use the rest of the Dinos Alive area for future expansion/Haunt Use Gate Coaster -

Any serious guesses on the name/theme for the ride other than _______ of Beast, because all those belong in the Davy Jones' Locker of Beast. If this is the final design, I wonder how the night rides will compare between this and Beast. -
