Their is a singer called Shakira, and the Sheikra name sounds very close to Shakira, so that's why people call the ride Shakira. It be cool if someone does a video of Shakira to a Shakira song. -

those were cool, the music reminded me a little like the Mr. Six commercials for the 2005 season. Has Knoebels ever had commercials before? -

It's interesting how South Park has made fun of every single religion with no one getting mad, but yet they do scientology and yet issac gets offended. Matt and Trey aren't singling out scientology, they're just going down the whole line of religions and making fun of everyone. Oh well, let's see what happens tonight. I can't wait. -
Picture of me, and I made it into a Westcoaster update while in the process. Yeah, that's the picture of me in the screaming contest btw.

So today, James and I went to Lake Compounce, because lakecompounce.org and the management of LC were holding an off season tour of the park for the 2nd year in a row. So James told me about this a few weeks back and I joined up, so he came down and spent a few nights at my house, and today we drove down to Bristol for the tour. We were their from like 10am till about 3pm. They told us about their new screaming swing, and some general facts about how the park operates, and their new ride for 2007. So all in all, it was a great time, shame it had to be a bit cold and windy. Here are some photos From across Lake Ave, the park. In crates just nearby contain the seats themselves Below those tarps is one of the group of seats for Thunder 'n Lightning Wildcats front train Enterprise cars and Boulder Dash cars in storage Boulder Dashes awesome lift hill Thunder Rapids station The boats from Thunder Rapids and the flyers from American Flyers are stored in the picnic grove area That's not even the top of the Sky Ride, it goes a lot higher. It does give great views Lake Compounces Trolley. Turns out it's leased from the Trolley Museum in New Haven. Inside they re-varnished the carousel floor, and half of the horses are being refurbished. The other half will be done next year. The Carousel enclosed for the off-season Downtime, their S&S Turbo Drop The tour continues it's way south down the park Clearly Bernie was there new concessions area, very nice decor, you wouldn't find this at SFNE. Enterprise dis-assembled the entrance themeing isn't complete yet, it's supposed to have a lot more to make it a really cool entrance Zoomerang. Their new Screamin' Swing called, Thunder 'n Lightning The tour starting out in the north end of the park

So I am finally back home, I shedded a tear when it temperature was in the 30's and we had some snow on the ground. But now that I'm home, I can finish the last two days of my trip so here we go March 13th - Sightseeing across LA When Don came and picked Monica and I up, he took me around to check out some sites for example, chinese theater, tar pits, and a stop over to the pacific ocean. When we also checked into our hotel. Later that day we met up with Martin and we all went out to dinner at the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney, then watched the fireworks from the entrance plaza between DL and DCA ummmm, I can't remember what we were doing....but yeah, turns out their were signs that said no one was allowed on that part of the beach. The pacific ocean Everyone loves tar! Yeah, Hollywood sign Why the hell is Destiny's Child getting a star? Me at the Kodak Theater I took this picture, just for my Mom Samuel L. Jackson has bigger hands than me Me and Superman, the same superman that was featured on a Daily Show segment. The chinese theater, with Jedi Mickey Mouse on the side Ooooo, Walt Disney's Star Driving down Hollywood Blvd. -
