  1. Hey Guys I'm in Chicago's O'Hare International Airport waiting for my next flight to Hartford and I'm just letting you guys know that I don't have the time (or the patience to deal with O'Hares wireless) to do a Update of the last two days of my trip. When I get home later today, It will be the first thing I do...But in the mean time...Here's a teaser pic I never knew Monsters from Monster's Inc. get V shaped boners, and only Kyle would notice it
  2. It is possible to do DL and DCA in one day in the off-season. i.e. during the winter season. I just did DL and DCA yesterday and we were at the parks from 9am - 11pm. And you are allowed to bounce between the two parks more than once, and when DCA closes, you can bounce over to DL for the remainder of the time. Just remember to always get your hand stamped whenever you leave one of the two parks
  3. I know, my bad. Good photos, Guy. It was great to meet you, your wife, and you're adorable kids.
  4. Have a safe flight Soren!!!! While you're in the air, I'll be at Disneyland and DCA
  5. March 12th: SFMM & TPR Party Hey Guys, I'm in my hotel room at Valencia now, yesterday was a blast at SFMM and the party afterwards. At SFMM we had 2hrs of ERT on Goliath and Viper. X was supposed to be included, but it took a little longer than expected to get it warmed up, but SFMM graciously let us walk up the exit ramp after the Ride World lunch. After that I went around the park in a clockwise motion with Martin and then met up with Shaun and his friends. Around 5ish, we headed over to the TPR party where I was the brunt of a lot of jokes because, well, I bring it on myself, but I don't care. I still had a great time. So in the end, I'd like to thank Chris and Nataliee (I hope I spelled it right) from RideWorld for hosting the excellent event at SFMM. Even though the Goliath tour was cancelled and X wasn't ready for our ERT, I still had a great time and I really appreciate it. I'd also like to thank Robb and Elissa for holding an excellent party where their was some great food, games, and me acting like a total tool by saying KBF was where a screaming squirral was. I had a blonde moment! I thought a screaming Squirral was the Screamin' Swing. Now for some photos This was the straggler group that was left after most of the people left. Thanks again Robb & Elissa for holding the party Robb shows off the many beers that were provided at the party. Luckly no TPR members got drunk and started stripping. No one needs ot see that. Robb and I Elissa and I My slow New Englander mind is preventing me from properly opening a box of nerds.. Here I am trying one of Robb's hot wings. Shaun and Mike show off their mini painting kits that they got in their goodie bag Robb making an announcement that dinner was here. I also blinded him in the process Ted and John were also there Monica, Wally, and Katrina at the party This ride was my favorite back during the Riverside Era (Pre SFNE). Last time I rode one was almost 10 years ago. So it was good to ride one again Our boat was flooded with water. Shaun and Mike on Jet Stream. Tatsu being constructed Monica, Ted, and Katrina at the Ride World Lunch. Shaun and group riding Supa-Supa-Supaman! Inside the station Yeah, first rider for X for the day....after waiting almost 2hrs with Martin and Jeremy Ted and Catrina...or Katrina, I'm not sure, but I know Ted will come in and probably correct me. Who are these crazy kids? Quality SFMM water fountain Monica and Wally decline to ride Viper, but Martin rode with me, and got injured on while riding. And here's the less attractive Token Yankee trying to show off his junk in da trunk. Here's our lovely monica modeling the car. Transportation in SFMM is provided by this sexy car. Guy was their, and he was cold, but I was slightly cold since I'm used to this weather Heading to Goliath Main Entrance We're here! On I-5 to SFMM
  6. hail didn't bother me, it wasn't big enough to do any damage
  7. Mini Update for March 11th So, today has been a relaxation day for Monica and I. I went into the park for an hour or so to ride some rides with shaun, and then I simply went back to the hotel room, and then monica and I walked up to Burger King. During our walk to burger king, I was wearing my white TPR shirt and as you know, both my shirts were personalized, and this guy from a Nevada car drove by and shouted Yankee at me. I don't know who it was, so if it was someone on the boards that shouted to me and sees this message, let me know, lol. Anyway, the photos I'm here to show are pictures of a small storm system we just got hit with. I was on the phone with my mom and the dark clouds were rolling in, and the winds started picking up, next thing we know, it's hailing. So monica and I ran downstairs and took pictures of each other in the hail. Then we got some pictures from our hotel room, so here ya go. Hey, a rainbow formed right above Soak City, Knott's Water Park Just as the storm stopped the sun is finally breaking through the clouds Another Shot Simple shots from the lobby entrance Monica in the hail I'm on the phone with my sister in the hail The winds picking up
  8. 3/10: Disneyland Hey Guys, Monica, Wally, and I just got back from hitting up Disneyland. Monica and I had like a quick decision last night while talking to wally that we should hit up Disneyland with him instead of doing Knott's for three consecutive days. So we had a great time at the park, crowds were low, none of the rides have over an hour wait and such, but I enjoyed myself. Except when I bumped my head when getting into the tram when heading to the park, THEN! I bumped my head again when leaving. $5 dollars to anyone who bets that I will do the same exact thing on Tuesday. But anyway, I can't wait to get back on Tuesday when we hit up both DL and DCA. And to top it off, I won a Ghostrider Road Wheel Spindle in the raffle during the dinner. Towards the end of our day, we got a picture with Mickey I'm currently pulling two things in this picture....the sword... and a muscle. and monica too me doing it Grrr, bone We're on a boat!! This is for you Sean. Same with monica Supposedly this is how I look when I'm older...as to what age, I do not know That's how mass-holes drive. Wally and I waiting for the car ride thingy my 60th coaster was Matthorn (right side) Monica, Wally, and I infront of the castle arrghhhh, I am going to crush thee castle... Me, Monica, and Wally on Splash Mountain Representin' New England...(The third flag from the left is the New England flag) Yay for space mountain being a lot of fun Yeah, I don't care that I'm holding up the line for Space Mountain. Heading over to tomorrow land for our first ride of the day, Space Mountain Here I am joygasiming over it This was my breakfast for this morning, a heated cinnamon roll, and a white mocha latte me infront of the train station Yay for park tickets! Walking up to the entrance plaza of DL and DCA Wally, driving us to Disneyland
  9. Hey Ted, when do you get into California?
  10. They did that for Craig. I guess they thought changing the name would get rid of the roughness. We shall see... They just went over to Pat & Oscars, which means that they now suck! I was stuck with some MAry's Pizza Shack here at home. That's what you get Monica for leaving a pizza coupon behind! Ha ha!! -Donizzly OK, my mind is very frazzled right now, you can tell since I couldn't talk properly to you Don over the phone just recently. Mini Part II Ok, I got some of monica's photos from KBF and we got a few photos from Pat & Oscars. And Monica too Hey Don, Here I am at Pat & Oscars. Notice how my white yankee tan always flairs up indoors Group photo with Snoopy, always a must Group photo at KBF Grechen "Don's Cousin" and I on Silver Bullet.
  11. ***Special Thanks to Monica for sharing her photos for this trip report*** Updates: 3/14: DL & DCA - Page 5 3/13: Hollywood - Bottom of Page 4 3/12: SFMM & TPR Party - Page 4 3/11: Hotel Storm Pics - Page 3 3/10: Disneyland - Page 2 3/9 Part II: Scroll down Page 1 So I am finally in California, after waiting so many years. both my flights were really good, the one from Dulles to Los Angeles felt like an eterinity, but I'm finally here. After having fun getting out of LAX, I got a shuttle to KBF where I'm staying for the first few nights with Monica, and after I put my stuff in the room, we decided to head over to KBF for a few hours so I can get de-virginized for roller coasters in california. Xcelerator was going to be my first coaster in california, but while waiting to launch, the ride decided to break down, so I went on Silver Bullet which was really good in my opinion. Now for some photos Here I am standing in front of it. That's all the photos I have so far, when Monica get's back I'll post part a second part Montezooma's Revenge Here I am flailing my arms like a pansy while running through the queue to Xcelerator Xcelerator!! Either I got off Silver Bullet happy...or being up since 4am (EST) has taken a toll on me More silver bullet Silver Bullet upon entering the park Monica and I! Here I am infront of Knott's Berry Farm Ghostrider This was taken on my second plane, I don't know where I was in the US Somewhere above Connecticut as you can see, it was still dark and in the mid 40's close to 5am and I got the jeep packed ready to head to Bradley International. My Day starts off by waking up at 4:00am
  12. ok, I'm at Knott's Safely, and I feel hot!!!!! now I'm hungry
  13. OK guys, it's 4:40am, and in about 20 minutes I head off to the airport to begin my journey to california. I'll let you guys know when I land safely in California. See ya guys this weekend
  14. I was checking my flights on United.com too see what gate I gotta go to in Dulles when I connect. And thank goodness, I just have to cross the concourse. My flight from Bradley International (CT) to Dulles International (IAD) gets in at Gate D8 While my flight from IAD to LAX departs at Gate D7. So I don't need to worry about getting to my gate on time, and my luggage not making the connection. I am so ready to leave for the airport in under 8 hours.
  15. Wow....that's pretty cool that we got a world record holder on our forums? Are you going to be put into the Guiness Book of World Records?
  16. Is that really you, Craig? Hmm, I think it was around 1990??? --Sören you're correct, it was taken when I was in Kindergarden, about 16 years ago. Talk about a long time ago, lol.
  17. I'll be at Disneyland while you're flying to WDW
  18. 1 more day.....till I'm on a jet plane, and I don't know when I'd be back again......
  19. Here's a very old picture of me Guess when it was taken..
  20. That sucks, I'll make sure to ride double for you.

  22. Quick, call the merchandise team...TPR Calendar Girls auditioning for the 2007 season. 8) omg, that's a good idea, TPR member bathing suit model calander. I'll be Mr. May
  23. the chances of you hanging out with me are slim because you're probably going to stay in the bars all day. . just kidding, you'll have to join our group at Knott's, ted. You can join too.
  24. aww, that's a shame Derek, now we can't power ride Xcelerator like we did with Storm Runner back in 2004. Oh well, I guess Monica and Wally will have to do.
  25. Because of the below freezing temperatures and the large amounts of snow we get? Plus we're americans, and we like to complain a lot. At least I'll start my coaster season this weekend. Yes, but why does Enchanted Village in SEATTLE open Memorial Day weekend, 6 WEEKS after Playland in VANCOUVER? I said the reason why, americans like to complain a lot. Mostly when it's cold. btw, great fair update, I wish I could meet lou
