Well, thanks to my new digital camera, I was able to take a picture of something that made national news! ...Sort of. Basically, there's a quite big recycling plant fire about 40 km west-southwest of here. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/toronto/story/2006/08/15/amherstburg-fire.html Here's another pic: The smoke seemed to be blown up to 50 km west... (left-ish, for the camera's eye).
