  1. Unless there's a slight breeze. Then you'll be able to hear a pin drop.
  2. 1/10. Thunderbolt at Coney Island.
  3. Not if Valravn is filled with sand.
  4. ... I wonder how that crane is coming along.
  5. Not only that, but it looks like it was designed by a 5 year old. It's not "bad" it just doesn't look very... professional?
  6. From what I've understood about evac-ing a coaster is that they are suppose to evac the first row they come to. So ideally they would evac the train from the last row to the front row on a lift hilll, there for you should never get stuck with exhaust blowing in your face. I don't think it's flawed design. I think it was the team who was using it wrong. When used the way it is intended to be used, there shouldn't be a problem.
  7. Who wants to stare at a big piece of metal all the way up the lift hill?? .... I'm assuming it was done for a "scare" factor. Having to look straight down to the ground as you climb higher and higher. (At least that's what I'm guessing could have been a reason behind it.)
  8. Being to sick to go to the park to begin with. What's worse than homework on the holidays?
  9. You know it's the off season when...
  10. Blacking out on a Wacky Worm 3 times. What's worse than the off season?
  11. I doubt it. I think B&M has worked so long on perfecting their coasters that they have moved away from the paintless running rails that they previously used for a reason.
  12. The crane is coming along nicely! I feel like getting most of this crane put together is the last thing we will see them do this week before Thanksgiving. I spy with my little eyes... a crane!
  13. Well, my favorite roller coaster is Top Thrill Dragster. I think the only way to improve it would be to give it an extended layout. Like this: Source. The launch, and the tower are amazing on TTD. The only downfall (and I know 99.99% of people agree with me on this) is how freaking short it is. If Cedar Point were to have built this layout I feel like the coaster would be on everyone's top ten list... (If it's not already.)
  14. No surprise there. I think we all knew this was the cause, we were just waiting for it to be officially announced after the investigation. My heart still goes out to those who were injured in what was 100% preventable. However, I'm glad to hear the ride will be back up and running in 2016.
  15. ^ Both concepts look amazing!! I can't wait to see which park is the first to get the T-Rex concept. (p.s) Both links you posted go to the same video. However, I was able to find the right one by looking at your videos!! Thanks for sharing!
  16. I guess what I thought was the "Larger" crane was not the largest one that was coming to the construction site!! The new one is arriving!! This means we are one step closer to that lift hill going in place!! Can't wait!! I found new crane parts!
  17. They probably won't be going very tall until the foundations are finished. They still need a bigger crane. I know there is at least one much larger crane on site. It showed up on the Webcam the middle of last week, but it hasn't been back since. I'm assuming they have it out of the construction site until the need it for higher work.
