I can't think of anything else for now.
The tunnel of the first launch of Manta @ SeaWorld San Diego. In this tunnel, you are treated with a 270 degree screen of being underwater while being moved back and forth by the LSMs before the door opens and you launch.
My favorite attractions at Universal Orlando come to a 3 way tie between Dragon Challenge (Fireball), Forbidden Journey, and Spiderman. I have only been to IoA so I have yet to go to the other park.
