Went to the park, and it seems like SFMM has installed what appears to be a permanent queue for Full Throttle. It looks much nicer than those temporary rails. I also got to ride Green Lantern and it was probably the most amazing ride I have had in quite a while, with three full flips and landing into the station upside down, I hope to get more rides like these in the future!

That layout is kinda confusing, having a weird time following it I can't wait til the announcement!

Let's not get TOO hyped up, for Christ's sake their big record breaking announcement last year was the world tallest and largest animitronic dinosaur!

ANY MOMENT NOW KI! I hope this is something worth building up my anticipation for...

Full Throttle! Just came back from a long day at SFMM.

At least she was smart enough to get off before anything else would happen before hand. Like Robb said in his interview, if you don't feel safe, simply don't ride.

Can Cedar Fair or Six Flags hire them to do their new additions announcements pretty pleaaassseee.

VERY nice update! Cheers for putting foilage around the Shuttle Loop, it looks a LOT less "chunky" now, I love it! Glad to see the park coming along little by little. Keep up the great work.

Well, that area IS blocked off from the rest of the park, when I was there the same walls that are around the Full Throttle area have blocked this portion of the park. Though small, I can see some stuff for HH going here...

So basically we have yet to know the cause of what really happened and who is to blame here. Very tragic incident indeed, barely caught up to the story today as I was gone this whole weekend.

^Did you happen to see or ask exactly what they closed it for?

^ Don't do 3D, do IMAX 3D, it was seriously amazing. I probably had more fun watching this over Star Trek, I had low expectations for Pacific Rim but I'm glad my friends dragged me along. It truly was phenomenal.

^^ All I can confirm from the stilt guys are that there is a PIRATE, that WOMEN LOOKING CREATURRE (that Sir Clinksalot posted) a GLADIATOR who roams DC Universe, some FAIRY CHICK, and the YOLOmen. I would upload the pics, but my stupid camera is having some type of malfunction connecting to my laptop.

^ Cuz I'm in the friendzone Haha seriously though I was dying at the park while waiting for the Gold Pass early entry and Wes popped RIGHT into my mind when I saw the fairy on stilts greeting guests. It was the "lol what is SFMM thinking" highlight of the day

To make matters worse I was at the park today, and there are TONS of more characters on stilts at the park now, such as a fairy, a gladiator and etc. I also asked an employee when LL would reopen and he said July 20.

What a hiatus that was! Park looks nice as always, but something about that shuttle loop is just... I don't know how to pit it, but I guess you can say "chunky". It doesn't appeal to me at all, that's all. Other than that, awesome work.

I'm also happy SFMM updated their murals, it's these small things that make the park nicer than what we are lead to believe, I just wish SFMM could pay more attention to other things at the park... One can only hope.
