Yeah thats kinda what happens but your spinning and twisting round aswell, its a really unnatural movement but it works very well.

Its completly different, it starts off flat to the ground, starts spinning, then stands right up and the arms spin round like a windmill. The stand up restraints are surprisingly comfy and not as painful as they look.
