  1. Is anything going to happen to the Freefall attraction?
  2. What time did they run out of First Rider shirts?
  3. Choose your favorite coaster opened in each decade. Here is mine for example: 1980's- Demon @ SFGAm 1990's- Raging Bull @ SFGAm 2000's- The Voyage @ HW 2010's- Outlaw Run @ SDC
  4. Darien Lake thread
  5. Most families will continue to buy season passes because they are a great value for the price and SFSTL adds a new attraction every year, even if some of the additions aren't very exciting.
  6. To get into Banshee's media day you had to be a member of Club TPR. However, it is very rare a media day will be opened to the entire club like Kings Island did.
  7. How would they be able to get Mindbender? Has SFOG shown interest in selling it?
  8. I disagree with this. A family coaster similar to FireChaser Express would be amazing for the park, even though it wouldn't get international attention.
  9. Boomerang had an hour and a half line on opening day, nowhere near the amount of people that showed up for Banshee. The GP are smart enough to realize the Boomerang is nothing special. But a huge hyper? That would draw a giant crowd (maybe not as big as Banshee's, but still impressive).
  10. I am extremely excited for the Jersey Boys film. The show is one of my favorites, so I have high hopes for the movie.
  11. I wish Carowinds would get a brand-new layout for their giga, but I'm sure it'll be awesome even if it really does turn out to be an exact clone of Leviathan.
  12. My family has season passes to Six Flags St. Louis, so we decided to head down to the park on the first Sunday of the season to get a few rides in, check out changes around the park, and to also purchase our season dining passes. These photos were taken from an iPhone, so they aren't as high quality as the ones from Silver Dollar City. A look at Tsunami Soaker from near the St. Louis Railroad Station. I believe this is the operator's booth. We caught a ride on Mr. Freeze, my favorite ride at the park. Staring down at the ground from over 200 feet is an awesome feeling. The overbanked curve is also fun, both forwards and backwards. The top hat is also amazing, so I guess love every element of the ride. A different look at Tsunami Soaker from near Soundstage 2. The ride is completely constructed, but they have not began on the queue. I'd expect the ride to be opened around Memorial Day at the latest. It should be a great addition to Six Flags St. Louis
  13. BTW, those photos are from Negative-G for those wondering. Anyway, Tsunami Soaker does look a little cramped in its space, but it is better than the SBNO flat ride that used to be there.
  14. Make sure when you visit you wear lots of sunscreen so you don't get a tan line on your wrist
  15. Quick question: I'll be visiting WOF in about a month. How does the park deal with loose items? If I bring a drawstring backpack and buy a souvenir cup, are there bins to put them in while I ride?
  16. Glad to hear Banshee isn't as forceless as most people were assuming it was going to be. Can't wait to ride it, hopefully I'll be able to visit Kings Island for the first time sometime soon
  17. They constructed El Toro (even though it was manufactured by Intamin)
