I think the reason why TPR is illegal is because we discuss CP so much. And you know CP has a different meaning outside roller coaster forums... and not a good one.

Finally went to the park for the first time in AGES and it felt wonderful to ride Montu and Kumba again! It's been forever... Also, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but the new pathway between Nairobi and Edge of Africa is now open and workers were planting grass in the new path area. Didn't get a pic, but I figure five other "full-time geeks who run a blog" would have taken 50 pics of it at different angles.

Playing through Red Dead Redemption and basically beat it. Really well done game and worth picking up despite some bugs. Now to trade it in for Mario Galaxy 2.

Feels glorious being a Tampa fan right now hoping this stride stays for the rest of the season and post-season.

Maybe not yourself, but what if another person waltzes into a YMCA that's drunk, high, has a weapon, and holds you hostage like a Die Hard movie? Exactly.

Thanks for the photos Dailey, I've been to Pirates games at both the old Three Rivers Stadium and PNC Park growing up while visiting relatives in Pittsburgh, makes me want to go up there for summer vacation again. I like going to spring training games at McKechnie Field in Bradenton as well since it's basically as old school as you can get for spring training games.

^If you ask me about being a mod, I seriously think a mod who is laid back, but not hesitant on the B&hammer is the perfect mod. Westcoaster being the perfect example with those types of mods, then again, I think Westcoaster and TPR each have different attitudes on how a community is run. Unfortunately, a case with most communities is that some mods can be elitist, no matter how big or small it is. It seems like one tiny ounce of power, even if its on something as insignificant as an internet message board, can drive people mad with power. Sometimes it seems like TPR got a little too strict, then again a larger userbase can get out of hand easily. Especially since you have a lot of younger users still "learning to internets." A mod should always be somebody neutral that is respected by the community, mature, and sets an example for the community and the site itself. Mr. Starr, that post you quoted is a prime example of why I tend to avoid a majority of park fansites. A lot of the users are just extreme fanboys that suck up to the mods and admins opinions, and that call users stupid if they don't follow their hivemind opinion of "my park > your park." Also; to the last page, When /b/ leaks anywhere on the internet really, even on other boards on 4chan itself.

I remember getting a wordfilter because some mods are "serious business" on here especially against certain people from the state of Florida.

Dallas Braden of the A's just pitched a perfect game against the Rays and at the same time giving A-Rod a karmic slap in the face. Although as a Rays fan, I have mixed feelings about this since they were on the butt end of a perfect game last year against Buhrle. But impressive.

I liked CSI: Sarasota then again I live in this aging town where old people drive cars the size of an oil tanker and go 10 below the speed limit in the left lane. Probably one of the better episodes of the recent seasons last night.

Finally getting around to watching some movies I was gifted for my birthday. Observe and Report Exactly what the previews made it out to be, an edgy version of Paul Blart: Mall Cop. But while Paul Blart was more lighthearted and had a more likable character, Seth Rogen's character Ronnie isn't as likable. Observe and Report had some humorous moments, it mainly relied off shock value for laughs. All in all, if you're into comedies, it's worth a rent at best and not the greatest of Rogen's movies. 3/5 College Another movie where my guess based on the trailers was correct. Take Superbad, rip out anything good about it, and then get that Drake kid from Nickelodeon prancing around the screen instead. That's basically the movie College, and it would have fared better as a bargain bin DVD and bad enough that not even the people that make American Pie sequels would touch it. 1/5

God of War III managed to be more epic than the previous 2 games combined and I'm only halfway through it. 5/5 game right here.

IRON MAN 2: ELECTRIC WHIPPAN BOOGALOO In my opinion, it fell a little short of being as good as the first one, but it was still very good. Most of the action scenes were well done, but the main action scene just felt like it was wrapped up a little too quickly, especially for the buildup surrounding it. Justin Hammer was a character that was truly a huge d-bag. All of the crossover references just make me even more impatient for the Avengers though. If you liked the first one, this movie is still worth watching, just don't expect it to be as good since the first had a certain whimsy. Just a little shy of the first one, IMO. 4/5

No photo TR, but a tall Budweiser with your dad and a special cocktail made by the bartender on your 21st... feels good man.

I'll have to agree with most everybody in here, I was diagnosed with "mild autism" or whatever (seriously, even the psych I saw didn't think it was Asperger's) back when I was 3 and stuck in the special ed classes for a few years in elementary school. I seriously think nowadays most of the people that have autism is just the work of lazy doctors and basically just a new label for those type of people to feel special and wear a ribbon about it. Yeah, I have the quirks and the obsessions on odd things. But now I've learned how to "regulate" myself over the years. Maybe some days I'm flustered, but I don't use whatever syndrome as an excuse for everything. Now I just say I have "quirks," so does everybody else. We all have quirks.

^Last September, going to see the Rays and Orioles shortly after their playoff hopes were dashed, probably the same amount of people there. Heck, the Chick-Fil-A cow had no place to hide during the Chick-Fil-A "Spot the Cow" promotion.

Feels so satisfying killing Lakitu as Bill R. since you can shoot upward. Link is hard mode.

I'm really excited about the Rays this year hoping we don't choke again like last season. David Price is getting better each game and I'm glad my team is red hot now. Too bad people in Tampa don't seem to embrace baseball unless Boston or New York is in town...
