Well it's bad to hear colossus is in such a bad shape after not much more than 10 years. How are the other intamin multi loopers ageing? (I've heard that, overall, they're fairly rough)
I think they are. If you look closely at this picture you can count 10 rows of seats. Probably they just hadn't put the last car on the track when the other picture was taken.
Interestingly, the roughest coaster I've ever been on is also a RCCA! Coaster Express at Parque Warner, the last ride was so bad I was just begging all the way for it to end. (and the fact that the intamin trains hold you tighter than many wooden rides, especially older ones, doesn't help either)

So I specifically meant that the entire structure seems finished but with no track. I'm not saying that never happens but just that most of the constructions I've followed didn't have that.

^Are those marks on the ground directly below them because of rain (or something like that) or do they mean something more? (maybe they'll put some benches there)
That's the thing! The reason why I haven't tried skydiving is because whenever I have some money on my hands I can't spend it on anything other than coasters, so...
