The was surprising to see that when it happened! Basically the attendant went up the left side of the train checking the lapbars and when she got to around the middle of the train, she tugged on it and it came all the way open. Next a maintenance guy came over, tightened a bolt of the side of the car and the lapbar tightened up again. I swear we were the first train of the day considering that is also something that would've been caught in the morning test-runs if they had any. I was in the car that that happened on, though luckily it was on the seat next to mine. Still...I was pretty damn nervous about that ride. Say what you will about SFMM but they do maintenance before people get on the ride.

That's too smooth and high capacity for the park. Maybe a Little Dipper with Mean Streak wheels and OTSRs? Remember, Just because Mt. O removes something, Doesn't mean it will be replaced with a ride. PS, That state is also home to Noah's Ark, Kalahari, Wilderness, Little Amerricka, And Bay Beach which have very few problems. It's not the state, It's the Owner doing less than the bare minimum to get a buck. Hades could have 2 trains, But then they have to maintain both of them. That's a quote as to why Hades 360 wouldn't have 2 trains.

that's kinda like going to DisneyLand and only doing Thunder and Space Mountain. Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels is the original (Mama) park. You really SHOULD take the time to enjoy the whole park (and like I said it's HUGE). Fiesta has a waterpark too (included in the admission, tho I don't know if they are open yet for the season in April, I think it's usually late May). But yeah, skip that one even if open, as you said, you can do it at a Six Flags park. but Schlitterbahn is NOT a Six Flags park. You're missing out, if you don't spend the full day there. again, just my 2cents. and funny that you're coming from Illinois to Texas that weekend, while I'm going from Texas to Illinois (Chicago for C2E2). I have free admission to Shedd Aquarium almost anytime I want. Schlitterbahn when you take out the West part of it (So just the Blastenhoff, Tubenbach, and Surfenburg) and the kids areas and the slides I can ride at SFGAm almost whenever I want (Black Knight, Wolf Pack, Boogie Bahn, Han's Hideout) there isn't alot left.

Bay Beach is better than Mt. Olympus. At least they know wooden coasters can run 2 trains on purpose. I hope that man sues the park and I hope Mt. Olympus realizes the error of their ways. Um, the guy could be dead by now for all we know. The place doesn't need to be sued, it needs to be shut down. They don't need to be shut down, They need to be sold to a management that knows how to operate parks. Merlin or Palace would work wonders.

Yup, that's why I added this It would have to come in from a different angle (footprint wise, not vertically) than it does; something would have to be heavily modified. But it could be done. Point is, with such a long ride that contains a pre-lift section, it could lend itself to 3 trains. Using RCT2 Terms (I know) The Station, Lift, and Brakes only allows 2 train operations.

I should probably add a few notes: - I'm skipping Aquatica at SeaWorld and many of the non-coasters (That should chop off several hours ) - I have front of the line passes for 2 Schlitterbahn things (Let's say I got them from a Group that is also the name of a chain that's the helpful place) - I only plan to do a couple of things at Schlitterbahn (Master Blaster, Falls, Dragons Revenge, and the Torrent) Everything else looks like stuff I can ride at SFGAm. I plan to be there from 10-3pm.

Alot of chains copy names, rides, and relocate stuff every other year. Marriott, Busch, Disney, Paramount, Cedar Fair, Premier Parks, Legoland, Six Flags, Kennywood, Blackpool, Universal, Herschend, PARC Management, Tussauds, Merlin, Hershey, have all done at least 1 of those things.

I could not agree more!! I just do not get it. I think its pure laziness honestly. Its not like these other parks with ride companies that Six Flags does not so we know its not the ride manufactures all the time. My guess is that The New CEO of Six Flags pays construction workers scale (Meaning Cheap) by allowing them to do other projects while they're working on Six Flags stuff. He clearly cares about the bottom line.

My guess is that everyone who hates Six Flags is cause they've been to Magic Mountain the most (Which doesn't make alot of sense) and tend to hate Six Flags MAGIC MOUNTAIN as opposed to the Six Flags chain. Six Flags Magic Mountain and America tend to get alot of hate while as SFGAm and other good parks tend to get forgotten. At least that's my guess.

If Goliath at SFOG hasn't added seatbelts, I doubt any B&M Hyper will add seatbelts. -
I went to Adventure City in California to ride the Freeway coaster. I think the Ticket lady was worried about me so I had to prove I was a coaster enthusiast and then word-vomited a ton of coaster facts until she realized I was an enthusiast and not an amber alert person. Anyway, I got my credit, thanked the lady, and left to Go to Knott's. Nice park, I'd like to get back there again.
