I think they can do many things with Anaconda to make it better. They could get Vekoma to get the same trains, that are on Carolina Cobra, and put them on Anaconda, or just take out the bad parts of the ride and remodel those parts (If that is even possible), They could also tear it down and sell it for scrap metal. I could think of many things that could replace it, and Hurler too. But Hurler will probably stay longer than alot of present rides..

I think if Kings Dominion took down Anaconda in the next years, I think I would like to see one of these, but mirrored, so the launch could go on the side of the lake..

I don't remember Anaconda being rough when I was less than 54 inches tall.. But that might be because I was used to rough and rickety rides (Hurler, Grizzly, Rebel Yell, Anaconda etc..). And then in 2008 when I was tall enough to go on Dominator and Volcano, I realized how rough it actually was..

Why is it nearly impossible? I don't think they would waste that much money on that. If that was true the ride would've been down a while ago

No, I think that is nearly impossible.. I think BGW would've torn that thing down a LONG time ago if they had to do that!

Yeah but what? A flyer dropping through the tunnel probably wouldn't work as B&M's track is bigger & the tunnel was designed to accomodate Arrow track,thaat & the tunnel gimmick of the existing ride is 20 years old already so it's kinda lost it's novelty a long time ago. I said earlier, that they could but an Intamin Rocket Coaster in the spot where Anaconda is, Intamin track is probably the same size as Anaconda's track, though, The trains are higher. They could just tear out that tunnel and put a larger one in.

Oh I know! I am a big Intamin fan! They are my favorite coaster manufacturing company actually. That would be awesome to have Intimidator 305, Volcano, and said rocket coaster in one area! I don't think there is a flaw that Intamin does with there rides! They manufactured my 2 favorite rides (El Toro, Intimidator 305) and they both are just incredible! I haven't tried an Intamin Rocket yet, but I know they're great!

Does anyone see a pattern here..? Great American Scream Machine was built in 1989 and then torn down in 2010. Iron Wolf was built in 1990, and was torn down in 2011. Anaconda was built in 1991.. Do you all think 2012 might be Anaconda's final year? It might of just been a Six Flags thing but you never know..

Does anyone else think it would be cool if Kings Dominion got rid of Anaconda and put a new B&M Wing Rider in that spot over the lake in 2013 or 2014? It would be really thrilling to be on one of those and be over water the whole time. They could name it SeaHawk! Just a thought that probably wouldn't happen , but it sure would be cool!

They're probably not going to be as intense though, since this will be going 40- mph slower than I-305

Just to clear things up, I was using Hypersonic as an example that Big Bad Wolf might be. Everyone (Or at least some) liked the rides and then after Hypersonic, KD got a awesome B&M and an INCREDIBLE Intamin Giga, maybe Verbolten will be better than Big Bad Wolf.. Sorry if I was confusing.

I think Big Bad Wolf will turn into something like Hypersonic at KD.. Nobody really talks about it and no one really misses it. I think in the next few years we will be saying, "I remember that ride.." I don't think Hyper Sonic XLC was ever loved right? BBW was always praised though. It was a great ride when it first opened.. And Kings Dominion got 2 new awesome coasters in return of the ride closing. Maybe that is the case for Big Bad Wolf..

Awesome day at Kings Dominion today! When I first got into the park, I darted for Dominator. The ride was a walk-on surprisingly! Then I headed towards the Congo and rode Backlot Stunt Coaster, I had to wait a few trains for that. After BLSC I headed straight to Intimidator 305. IT WAS A WALK-ON !!!!! I actually had the guts to put my hands up on it to, which I was proud of myself for, and then I rode it a second time, which was also a walk-on.. Then I went towards Flight of Fear. It was eh.. but still fun, it is kind of rough. So then I ate lunch that we packed to eat in the car, because of pricey food in the park.. We then headed towards Grizzly, which I thought was the best woodie! We rode on Ricochet, which was your typical Wild Mouse.. I didn't want to ride Hurler because, I didn't want to need rib replacement! We then rode Intimidator 305 again, which was awesome! We then proceeded towards Volcano, the line was HUGE! It was about 15 people away from being to the entrance.. So I didn't ride that :? Then it was time for haunt! We first walked around the congo and got chased across the park which was pretty fun, except the fact you couldn't see where you were going because the insane amount of fog. We went to the Doll Factory, it was an OKAY maze but it didn't scare me... It made me laugh We got to ride Blue Ridge Bloodbath, which was pretty awesome. We got to go to Outbreak (Flight of Fear maze) and that one was probably my favorite. Then we started to leave the park and then we went to go in CornStalkers, which was, ehh.. And then we left and were whipped..
