If we do get a new family coaster in the next 2-3 years, I would expect a new family ride to be put into Planet Snoopy... Our PS is the worst section of a park I've ever seen! Sorry KD, I have to admit it...

When you get into the park head straight to Superman and Green Lantern. After you ride those you'll want to go right to Kingda Ka, then go to El Toro, Bizarro, Rolling Thunder etc. Then when you're done with that section, go on the Skyride to the other side of the park, go on Nitro last! Nitro's line isn't usually that long in the late afternoon (4-7 o'clock). The waits for Green Lantern and Superman may be the longest lines, if you follow these steps I think you'll be just fine.

I would expect some crowds, when I went on Thursday, it was pretty packed... Superman and Green Lantern will likely have a 1-2 hour wait at max. El Toro I waited about 20 minutes for, so maybe it will be about an hour long??? Mondays are usually packed.

El Toro isn't rough at all! The only part that shuffles a bit is the turn around. El Toro is the smoothest Wooden Rollercoaster I've ever been on.

^^^What!? Six Flags Great Adventure is probably the best Six Flags I've ever been too! Yeah, sure they don't have alot of flats, but look at SFMM! And Nitro is awesome, it has a ton of airtime, and Bizarro is okay, I guess...

After riding El Toro yesterday at Six Flags Great Adventure, I want a ride like it! It beats Intimidator 305, in my opinion.

Just got back from Six Flags, OH, MY, GOD!!! El Toro is friggin' AMAZING!!!!! . My new #1 Coaster

They need to make I-305 have lap bars instead of, OTSRs. I think we would have a little more airtime on the ride if it did have these. But, the way it flips you around, I don't know if it would be safe.

What exactly is the problem with blackouts? I haven't blacked out before on I-305, and even if I did blackout on it, it wouldn't keep me from going on it again.

Definitely not gonna happen. I like your thoughts though, take out Hurler and put a new GCI Woodie right in its spot.

Can't wait to go to Six Flags on Thursday! I'm looking forward to my first rides on Kingda Ka, Nitro, and especially EL TORO!!!

Well, Intamin did design the ride...

I live about two hours away from this park, and... I don't want to go now, it doesn't look that great. I'm gonna stick with Kings Dominion instead

Has anyone heard anything about 2012?

They have the foot restraints to keep you in more secure. Plus the lap bars are better, do any of you remember how bad FOF was when it had OTSR?

I think it would make more sense to just to open Mach Tower and Verbolten next year together. Something else can go wrong before Labor Day, and if nothing goes wrong, the ride will only be open for not even two months!

I'm sure most of you have heard about Iron Wolf leaving SFGAm, do you think this could happen to Shockwave in the next year? It would make a little sense, Shockwave is a waste of money to run, its getting too dated, and nobody rides it. Do you think Kings Dominion will get rid of it or maybe they'll keep it to make it last as the oldest Stand-up in the world?

Why would Cedar Point get Dinosaurs Alive since Kings Island, right down the road, has one?

Why would Kings Dominion, a less popular park than Kings Island, get a cruddy attraction like Dinosaurs Alive? If it's no good for KI it won't be good at all for KD

Has anyone thought about a new ride for next year other than a Windseeker or a Giant Frisbee? Possibly we could get a Disko, or maybe even a small RollerCoaster like an Intamin Half Pipe.
