  1. ^ I'm not complaining. I'm pointing out that if you don't have the cash, then what's to complain about in the first place, there's better ways to spend your extra money. Although I could do Disney for a day for under $600. Flight - $277, Ticket - $71, Hotel - $100, Food - $100, cabfare left - $52. It'd be dumb, but it's doable. And thanks for reiterating points that were already made. Disney's whole goal is to get you to stay there for an extended amount of time, and away from Universal.
  2. Perhaps. Although squashing yourself into a car with Ted, Paul and Casey, there's not much room to move in.
  3. I deem this entire thread unnecessary.
  4. ^ It was actually running quite kick ass on Sunday.
  5. It'll be interesting to see how the woodies stack up in two weeks. We just got hit with huge storms. As per usual, great PTR Ted.
  6. Then it sounds like your trip plans are extremely limited, and continually complaining about Disney ticket prices is a waste of time.
  7. ^ The check is in the mail. Seriously, we got hit with some serious storms last night. It was impressive. Weather for Wednesday looks to be ok, hot and cloudy.
  8. It's like $79 for the two parks in one day pass. So really, which one is more bang for your buck?
  9. I can't find the link for 2005-2006, but here's 2003-2004. From what I recall reading, it's been steadily increasing each year. Which, of you think about it, isn't difficult since it hit rock bottom after 9/11. The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Fla., 15.2 million, up 8%. Epcot at Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Fla., 9.4 million, up 9%. Disney-MGM Studios at Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Fla., 8.3 million, up 5%. Disney's Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Fla., 7.8 million, up 7%.
  10. I did. Once. Disney's main goal is to get you to buy the 7-10 day tickets, the savings is tremendous after three day tickets. How can you argue and additional $2 a day? Wanna go one day? Pay the price. Do your research. Attendance has been up.
  11. They're there. Erik and Leanne are being very elusive. I think he's filming his next great video. I only saw them twice yesterday at IB. How do you only see someone twice there?
  12. Funny, I don't remember McGuire being the media darling he once was. He's not getting the same amount of "garbage" because........he's NOT playing anymore. In the immortal words of Mr. McGuire, "Let's not talk about the past." Barry is, has, and always will be a SOB.

Still going on about this? You need to get out more.
  14. I lost my little toe in a terrible pinball accident. Thanks for bringing up that horrible memory! If I knew any programming, I'd be all over this. I need to get out of my current job, like no ones business.
  15. ^ I'm not sure he will.
  16. I am. Robb made in a petrey dish with from llama eggs, pancake batter, Spree candy and, hot wing sauce.
  17. As in photos, blueprints, documented anything. Surely you know of allegations in your profession. I was personally present as well. They served a lovely picnic lunch.
  18. Justin, one never "settles" for Fat Tire.
  19. ^ Wow. Just wow. It IS R&E's site. We may all make this site what it is, but we still have to play by THEIR rules. Why is this always so complicated to grasp for some?
  20. I was thinking the same thing. Who else was riding? There couldn't of been just four people that experienced this, if they were at least attempting to fill the ride. Which may be a stretch, since I don't think the Orbit is on everyone's "to do" list. At least, it's never on mine.
  21. Thread closed in t-minus, 4, 3, 2, 1.....
  22. Wow, I just downloaded pics from my camera. I have a week or two worth of beer pics! Eeek. First up, was Sieben's. According to the beer buyer for the local establishment, it's the only true pilsner made in the US. I can see why. It sucked. Oh how I love you! Back to one of my favorite summer brews. Berghoff's Soltice. Meh. Nothing in this gets me excited. A Poopy Pilsner
