  1. Intamin for the win. I like to think of it as I305 vs I232. It just summarizes what I feel about both companies. There is however, nothing wrong with an awesome B&M.
  2. 470 minutes left. Talking to a girl who tried winning the guy. They put it back in.
  3. 45 minutes for Volcano. As the official park planner for our trips, I always seem to pick magical days. ( Three parks a year.)
  4. The only breakdown I have experienced (Technically it was an E-Stop but I am sharing it.) was on SuperDooperLooper. A lady was checking restraints when the dispatcher accidently hit the dispatch button. The restraint checker arm was stuck on a seat, and the dispatcher hit the E-stop just in time, before the station ended. Me and my friend were stuck in there for a good 15 minutes. Needless to say, the woman checking restraints had a panic attack, and seemed very tentative after that.
  5. Jeez. I knew he was joking. Since when has a sense of humor disappeared off the face of the Earth.
  6. There going to trim the whole first drop until 150' feet, have it turn to the second hill, then drop. Just my $.02
  7. ^ This. I am fourteen years old, and because I will probably never ride a ride of this caliber until I reach adulthood, I just appreciate it. Not being much of an enthusiast, but knowing information and following this website has its perks. I ride rides for enjoyment, not to find issues and problems with them. Enough with the biography, I feel the trims added to the hang time, and due to my small size, I felt as if I was thrusted into restraint the whole drop. So while some of you complain, I will be counting down the hours until next years KD trip. I may not have mentioned airtime is the best thing in the world.
  8. Whaaaaaaaaaa..? Five cobra rolls wouldn't be enough. The GP wants a loop, and nothing but a big loop. After all, the park caters to the people, not enthusiasts, so they are adding a 1,000 foot loop. Honestly, I think they are relocating the trims. Which, by the way, is perfectly fine with me.
  9. Pitch black 270* turn, and twisting awesomeness, I love I-305 in the dark.
  10. I know its was GCI's first, and being 14 I cannot vouch for the roughness the first few years, but I am assuming that Wildcat hasn't aged as well as its counter-parts (Lightning Racer)
  11. ^ I bet looking at that line was scarier than the haunt.
  12. Yes, that is true. But if they sought after B&M then the park that got it was better off.
  13. No, Kumba was a better project than Drachen Fire as they got the B&M, holy crap I just realized my post made no sense.... disregard...
  14. Not so much howl-o-scream days as nights. Last year our German class took a field trip on a saturday. Nessie was a walk-on, Griffin was around 15 minutes. Apollo's Chariot we rode 3 times in 10 minutes, and we didn't ride Alpie until night time which was an hour. Griffin was an hour fifteen minutes, and Apollo's was around 45, and was well into the switchbacks.
  15. They are probably just landscaping.
  16. Sounds Legit. Can I Ride On The First Train?
  17. Flight Of Fear is hit or miss for me. I go there once a year, and sometimes its down, sometimes its fine.
  18. Well, I rode Timmy 5 times in 15 minutes at closing. I was wobly none the less, but it was the best 15 minutes of my life. Good Luck with 1 Hour 30 Minutes on 3 intense coasters. (Everything but the launches on Volcano is unintense, but still)
  19. They do. They are near Shockwave..they are under the other toys, and on the second row of toys hanging up. Those little Domos sure know how to hide.
  20. Storm Runner. In three visits I have rode it around 30 times without marathoning. (Two Rides, visit a few other rides, Two rides, etc.)
  21. Just something to spark up a bit of conversation. Lets say Hershey told us they were removing a ride for this coaster and we didn't know where it would be located. Which ride would you want them to remove?
  22. Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but Intimidator 305 has a pretty good ending. That intense twist hill into the breaks is awesome. It is one of the most intense twists and its a good finale.
  23. Unfortunately, I-305. I haven't been on a coaster in just about a month. Thankfully the Hershey Park trip is on the horizon. (image from students.egfi-k12.org)
  24. There's also the infamous blackout quips.
