If the new restraints are like night and day, I seriously cannot imagine riding that thing with the old restraints. That was one of the worst rides I've ever had.

This is what I was greeted with by the time I went up to get food. So I waited around for more food to be brought out and ended up with an uncircumcised hot dog.

I really can't get enough of this report!

You must have been faking it since Coal Cracker isn't a coaster. I'm so glad I didn't have wine in my mouth, or any other liquid for that matter.

That had to have been a really awkward situation to walk into! You handled it well though.

Realizing now I missed some quirky stuff in the park that day. That day overall was just bizarre. Oh well, not in a rush to get back. Your pictures will be fine!

That photo was perfection!

That was the worst ride I've ever had on a boomerang. I had thankfully forgotten about it until now when looking back at the pictures. I have never been more stapled in a ride in my life. Definitely an interesting day to start the 13 day adventure. Thankfully it only improved!

An awesome day at Hershey yesterday. Thanks to TPR and the Hershey staff for everything they did. The free Sam Adams at lunch was a very nice bonus. Especially since it led to round 2 of the TPR beer chugging contest. Here's the video. Still too close to tell the winner.

So far every time you are around with a camera I look the other way! Great report so far. I'm enjoying the memories as I read these. Such an awesome trip!

There is absolutely NO WAY I would ever get on this thing! That's just insane.

Grover's Alpine Express. I have my reasons.

I'm sure after studying the trends for the rides and the park they determined those were the "peak hours" and would therefore be the most beneficial for guests who purchased the pass. There's really not much of a point of using the pass if the ride lines are not very long first thing in the morning anyway. And the times can always be altered in the future if it's determined it would be necessary. Just my thinking on the subject, do not know anything specific.

^I would recommend just waiting until you get there and seeing how the crowds are and if there are a lot of groups. It's not like there are tons of coasters and you won't have time to get them all if you don't get quick queue first thing in the morning. And you can buy it at most of the gift shops throughout the park so it's pretty convenient if you decide you need one. I've been to BGT tons of times and only used quick queue once, which was in January when there were lots of tour groups at the park.

I remember that day well. So sad. But the next year was oh so great!

That's what I was thinking as I started reading your post. Tampa is also home to one of only 4 polytrauma facilities in the country and they are extremely busy with service members returning from the wars. The hospital is also very close to BGT so I wouldn't be surprised they would modify some rides to allow injured service members the ability to ride. But agree, most parks have to weigh the cost of such modifications with actual necessity.

DisneySea looks gorgeous! I'm not a big Disney fan but hard to deny that park looks amazing. And by the looks of it, I think I could spend all day in Triton's Kingdom. Wow.
