LL:DOD doesn't use wheels. It's a rail system on which the car "glides." I'm trying to find an up close picture of it. The restraints on LL:DOD I find to be very comfortable.

Jealous! They must be still deciding on the proper combination of nylon/polyurethane wheels to use thus why there's only wheel covers on the 1st 2 cars.

Viper is on borrowed time for sure. How much time? Only the park knows. They have a decent amount of parts for the trains so once that supply dries up and maintaining it becomes expensive, then it will be removed. This is exactly why I ride 2 or 3 times every time I visit as Viper is a pinnacle of engineering for its time.
I'm remember them saying they were going to do it last year, but every time I went to the park it was spinning forwards
