  1. ^^ Yes sir they are. Great place to get one-of-a-kind Xmas gifts. Christmas Crafts Village Info
  2. What Intamin accelerator doesn't have cable issues??? Maintenance problems and all, XC still gives a quality ride. In regards to FT, it'll do what the park wants it to do. Bring in the teens/thrill seekers and boost annual pass sales.
  3. I think SF is the only company that accepts Discover!!
  4. ^^Sometime before Full-Throttle
  5. Hopefully sooner than later! Awesome shots!
  6. This is great for SWSD to be able to expand their business without necessarily "adding" new attractions into the main park.
  7. Sandor had the best interview in my opinion. He didn't seem hesitate to talk about any subject. It's good that he went into a little depth on the Skyrush restraint "issue" and didn't just do the normal "We are working with the park."
  8. I look forward to that!! RMC is off to a great start. I think their advantage is that they can make money "redoing" older coasters as well as build new ones. Thanks for all that you've done with the videos Robb and team.
  9. There is a slightly used one for sale.
  10. I'm also glad to see S&S finally doing a single tower, higher capacity design. I know they already have smaller single tower designs but with the wider tower diameter they can go higher with the single tower while at the same time increasing capacity.
  11. Walter doesn't seem very talkative in any interview I've seen but it is very nice of him to take time out of his day to let you ask him some questions. Thanks for the videos!!
  12. Polyurethane?? Love it! Lookin good!
  13. I was wondering how long it was going to take for a wooden shuttle coaster to pop up. I would've thought Gravity Group would've been first out of the gate but GCI has proven themselves in their "traditional" woodies so I'm excited to see one built. Did they happen to mention if any interest has been shown by any parks? ^I'm wondering that as well. Similar to Vekoma's Boomerang maybe?
  14. ^Makes complete sense as that's exactly what I thought too. However that was the response I was given by a manager when I worked at Jag and inquired about the height requirement change.
  15. Height requirement change was due to 2 things: 1 - Lap bar only having a "3 click" design. 2 - Insurance company, (Thus why Zoom received seat belts as soon as CF took over. ) ^Both of the Jaguars on the brake run only "breathe" mist. The controls for the fire on top of the Temple are still in the closet behind the Dispatch panel. There's no propane being fed to them anymore so they wouldn't work. I myself always wondered why they turned it off as it was a cool effect. There also used to be "Mee Fog" that used to run down the "stairs" at the entrance to the attraction. The park was working on getting that working back in 2010 and it did for a few weeks and then stopped shortly after that.
  16. ^To be fair, the trains take 3 minutes to get to the top of the lift....
  17. Even the coasters that have 3 trains still have 1 train operation a lot of times! IE: Goliath, Viper, X2 and Colossus.
  18. This is 100% true. I worked at KBF for 5 1/2 years. I operated every coaster in the park (except GR) which was fun however the most fun I had was when I was operating Wipeout in Boardwalk or Hat Dance in Fiesta Village. The smaller attractions allow for more guest interaction because there's not as much of a push from management for efficiency. Obviously flat ride operators still need to have some sense of urgency (especially the single operator attractions) but not as much as a coaster.
  19. I personally haven't but I've found that If you ride directly (within a week or two) after a rehab you'll get a manageable ride but then it's back to "business as usual."
  20. In the normal CF fashion, seat belts will likely be added. With that said the same requirements as Sidewinder are feasible. 42" with a responsible person and 48" to ride alone.
  21. I'm a few days late on this but this looks a lot better than Tatsu.
