Festhaus Sample Platter at BGW

Hey everyone... It's been awhile... The reason for the ending of my summer updates was due to a random camera... after getting wet at Carowinds on the 4/24, its usage has been sporadic... BUT! I believe I have fixed the problem and think I can return for another update for 2010... Howl-O-Scream 2010. Also, I am considering posting some past photos including the few I took at Cedar Point in May and at KD in June... And the rumored BGW 2009 update... If you want to see these with some witty captions, reply and you will recieve.

^^ & ^ It good to hear Howl-O-Scream is running well... I do feel like this year is one of those "filler" years in between new and awesome years. I've only been to HOS 4 times and I think this is the first year for me they don't really have anything new... (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009) 2008 was by far thew best year for me at least... Had some amazing mazes like Masquerage, and Wicked Woods: the Jack the Ripper Lane. Though I though that 2009 was good, I felt it had no ingenuity to it. I hope next year brings something new to the line up. I think if Sylvie of HOS: Tampa went on a "European Tour"... That would be cool. Maybe I should get hired by the entertainment departemnt. ^ And Chuck, are you doing a PTR?

Mean Streak... Only coaster to ever give me a bruise... Thos nice yellowish and bluish ones...

Anybody hitting up the less talked about Howl-O-Scream in Williamsburg this year? I'll be there the 16th!

I think Sylvie and MyX should go on a "European Tour" next year! If I wasn't several hundred miles north, I would be heading out to HOS Tampa.

I was wondering why the old BBW station was never removed... Apparently Busch plans on 'recycling it.' This would be the second time in 2 years that they would do such a thing... Imma fan of Mach Tower, though its not as themed as I was hoping for... This new coaster sounds like it will be splendid. Im hoping for red track (fingers crossed)

I think Cedar Fair should beconsidering buying a few of these coasters, even on the small scale... Both Hurlers, Mean Streak, SOB (That's a Maybe), Wolverine Wildcat... It could bring new thrills back to these once classic rides. I think a Iron Horse Hurler would be amazing!

Right here. All my friends are selling their season tickets. I stayed three quarters too long.

The reason that the double spin is used is to reduce steel cost on the scale I305 and Formula Russo are being built on. If either of those coasters were built with the standards that MF had in track, then 305 would had cost 10 million more. And if 305 was built on the scale of maverick, it would had had the normal Intamin track probably. And likewise of the new BGT coaster, If it was being built on the scale of 305 then it probably would had been built with the double spin. At least that what I gather, I could be wrong...

MAy I saw your level of detail is amazing! The only thing I must say that is wrong that I say is that the Grand central plaza seems empty and that there are too many street lights... But other wise, It's looking great!

It's been a while... What I do know is Intamin is converting one of their observation towers into a drop tower somewhere in Europe (and I an't remember the name).

I'm a fan of that style of restraints and I've never had a problem with them... For a ride like S:TE and ToT, The fact their are OTSRs on the lapbar shouldn't make an impact on the ride... It's not like the ride is TWISTY!

This is my guess... 250 ft Intamin Drop Tower, sitting on the location of Katapult. Heavily Themed... For WC USA, Tallest Slide in the US?
