  1. Euro-fighter all the way. Also, are you going to make Scenery?
  2. I know you must think I'm a stupid horrible person, but I have had NO time to get the second template finished. This week I have state testing, which means no homework and a lot of time to go on the computer....
  3. ^Kinda looks like random gibberish, but still a fun lookin' ride.
  4. Oh, sorry. I was thinking you siad + / - 0.1 laterals I was also thinking I siad + / - 0.6 laterals. My bad.
  5. Oh, sorry. I was thinking + / - 0.1 laterals
  6. He probably means for the launch But yeah, that would be funny if you could never go under 45 mph, not even to stop
  7. +/- 0.1 lats are too small. First, that's practically impossible in hand-building, and second, even well-built Newton coasters pull above that. Change it to like +/- 0.6 or something.
  8. Okay, dude. I don't want to get in a fight but... I was not trying to sound mean. I was giving constructive critisizime. Any way, the reason you've made over 70 coasters that are not the best is that you don't take your time. I'm not saying you can't work on more then one project at a time, I'm saying that you got to take your time. Don't expect to make a perfect coaster in a few hours. Some of the best coasters take years to make.
  9. Well, my estimated time of when it will be finished is July. I am going to make a custom station and the works. I have been trying really hard to get better. I put the first download together in about 20 minutes. I am going to keep with it. Thanks for the advice though Jcoasters Okay, you're moving way to fast. After making one coaster in NL, you cant just automatically jump into making custom stations and correct shaping for the ride you're recreating. You don't even know how to make proper supports or proper shaping! You put brakes on a turn in Octillus! Look at me for a sec. I've been playing No Limits for about 2 years now, and I know about heart-lining, how to make good custom supports, and about a lot of other things. I've got a lot of things down. All I need to do is get better at making my rides smooth; and all I need to do there is sit at the computer for hours upon hours and hand-smooth. The point is, you're not ready. Yes, I can not stop you, but it would be best to listen to people who are better than you; and people that can help you on your way with the No Limits learning curve. Hell! I'm still learning! You can never stop learning in NL! But, you're too inexperienced with NL to do a recreation.
  10. I still want to be a judge more, but if you can't find one, I can be the helper. But, dont take me out of the sign - up for judge. I would still like to be that.
  11. Ok, I understand that you may want to do this, but it would be better if you wait. First, get more experience with the program before you try to do a recreation. You can continue if you wish, I have no control over you; but, I would wait if I were you.
  12. Is that referring to me? JK! Should be a great contest! No. I was not saying I was a n00b. I'm in between. Yeah, NL - Exchange was started by Mathew Davies. And, some people do not know about structural engineering. For example: on NL Bench I answered several people's questions about it.
  13. Actually, no it is not. There is no "official" No Limits exchange website. -- Also, I would like to be a judge. I have been playing No Limits for quite some time now, and although I'm no master, I'm not a n00b either. Additionally, I have read many books on structural engineering, and know quite a lot about it. I often criticize works of structural engineering that I see, wether I'm driving down the highway, or watching a show about engineering. Oh, and if you don't know, structural engineering is the engineering of bridges and towers.
  14. I'm not sure but I know they get into the yellow's twice? What do you think of the coaster in general? Okay, for B&M Hypers, the Lateral Gs should be as low as possible. Second, put the time to 25% speed and run through the whole coaster in the front, back, and middle seats. Look at the Gs. Don't just look at the color. You should probably ride in the front seat 3 times, middle seat 3 times, etc. Do this because on the first time in the front seat, look only at the vertical Gs; on the second time, look at the lateral Gs; and on the third time, look only at the accelorational Gs. Do this with each position (first, middle, and last seats). Then, compare your data to the stats of real-life B&M hypers on RCDB (www.rcdb.com). Your coasters good for a new person. I still see trouble with your supports though. Go to RCDB and look at the supports of real B&M hypers. That will help you out. Remember to heart-line, also. Last, B&Ms do not have brakes on curves.
  15. Okay, first of all, 4.8 Gs is too high. Second, if by smoothed you mean highlighting the whole track and clicking "smooth", don't do that. Also, what are the max negative Gs, the max lateral Gs, and the max acceleration Gs?
  16. Short? It has 5,315ft of track. Thats 1 mile and 35ft of track! I would say that it is very far from short!~Matthew maybe they mean ride time?? Yeah. I mean ride time. To me, I think I305 could be longer, but since nothing is free, I305 has to be the length it is due to budget and time. Since in NL there is no money, I feel that he could have expanded the length of his coaster. I hate when coasters have long brakes at the end that kill so much potential. But I know that due to budget, coasters can sometimes (though most of the time...) have to be shortend.
  17. WOW!! That's all I can say. It does look short though...
  18. I think it is a great idea! I am both ACE and TPR and though TPR does have a cool online community, ACE has you pay which gives you a lot of cool stuff that you get. Also, ACE's trips are cheaper, so based on all this knowledge, ACE is better than TPR. If TPR were to add a paid membership that gives you a bunch of cool stuff, like ACE, than TPR would be better. I would still be an ACE member though because there Roller Coaster magazine and ACE News publication is cool. I would also remain an ACE member because I like how there trips are cheaper and one thing that TPR doesn't have that ACE has which TPR should have, is that ACE has roller coaster designers speak at some of there ACE days or trips (I've never been on a TPR trip so they might have that) and they auction out roller coaster parts, which is cool, plus they have just single ACE days at parks, where TPR has all trips (from what I know). It would be cool if TPR also had some of those things. But TPR also has better merchandise such as Roller Coasters In The Raw. I'm not saying that any of the two coaster clubs is better than the other, I'm just saying that ACE has a lot of cool features that TPR does not and that if TPR had some of those cool features, it would be way better than ACE.
  19. When I use the 8 Cars Per Trainer to merge track, it never works. When I try to test the track, it says the circuit is incomplete. I know I'm doing it right. How can I fix this?
  20. I like milk and making fun of my own back-round. (Psst. I you don't get it "die milch" means "the milk" in German. My ancestors were German.)
