YAYYYY On a serious note, Bay Beach hasn't had a roller coaster since 1936 so I'm very happy that they're getting one. The Zippin Pippin looks like a great family coaster and I can't wait for it's 2011 opening. I'm surprised that the parks website doesnt say anything about getting the Zippin Pippin.

I've also noticed a problem and instead of making a whole new thread I'll just post it here. this doesn't happen often but every once and a while the video and video title / description don't match. coastertubeerror.bmp As you can see the title and video dont match.

^ If it is a Fiesta Express it uses tires to get up the hill. It does have drops but they are very small. -

I've noticied a lot of pictures getting cut off now that used to be fine. The scroll bar used to be at the bottom but I haven't seen it since the upgrade. Example: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=25068 -
Club TPR is Coming in March!

We have a few Cedar Fair parks but no Six Flags parks. -
I was looking at the tours on their website and I noticied something. The Thrill Seekers tour does have an age limit except for the safari portion but the Roller Coaster tour requires you to be 14. Why? I would think they would let anyone any one whos tall enough to ride Montu wich is the coaster the tour tours. Are they really strict on this? When we go I'll be a little over 13 and a half so I was wondering if theres any chance I'll be able to participate. I would have an adult with me if that helps. EDIT: Behind the Thrills has photos of new anti-rollbacks for Gwazi. Could this mean new trains? I decided not to post the picture here since it is in a members only area on Behind the Thrills so if you want to see it you'll have to go sign up. http://www.behindthethrills.com/

13 out of 20 The answer to the last one made me laugh. -
Honestly? Were spending 50 times as much money on useless coaster and kiddie rides than good coasters? Exactly wich coasters are useless? I can think of a reason why every coaster is at the park. Oh and I'm so sure wiggles world coast 50 times more than Raging Bull. And why would Dark Knight only last a decade? When the movie is forgotton they'll just retheme it. You consider wild mouses as flat rides???? WTF? Are boomerangs flat rides? Are SLCs flat rides? Cause there's a lot of those. If you think coasters are flat rides are certain flat rides coasters? Are giant frisbees coasters? Are antique cars coasters? Are Scramblers coasters? Your theory makes no sence.

Magiquest looks very cool and I hope they make it look great for the park. One thing Im worried about is how it will look in the end. The one at the Great Wolf Lodge looks great because they had a big building to put it in and they were able to include lots of theming. The one in the video looks a lot like a store with some tv screens and a few rock walls. It looks very bland compared to Great Wolf Lodge so I hope that they make this one look great considering it is in a major attraction that many people visit. I think it will be a great addition to the park and I love the fact that you can keep coming back to it without having to start over each time. Personally I would have rather seen them do a dark ride version of this because that could eliminate the up-charge and might appeal to more people. I'll probably try it once, but since I'm not really into fantasy, I don't see myself getting caught up in it. It looks cool, but I'd rather be on a ride.

Ride You Felt Was Unsafe?
deathbydinn replied to Mr Stratosphere's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^^ Woah. It's got to be really scary to watch the lift hill that just lifted you up seconds ago crumble to the ground. The only ride I've ever felt unsafe on was a Zamperla Cliffhanger. I'm short and small so the restraint that came down wasnt touching me and the little bar the goes in between your legs was by my knees. Not to mention there is a video on Youtube of a kid falling off of one of these. I knew that the forces would hold me in and the board I was laying on was pretty bump so it had a good hold on me and I wasnt slidding off. I did let go for part of the ride but I just felt safer holding on. And it doesnt help when my car is squeaking like crazy. -
I'm extremely happy that this is going through so well. I'm amazed at how much all the city officials are behind it and how much they want us to the get the Zippin Pippin. Even though most of the ride will be new material using whatever they can of the ZP will save them two million dollars wich is a fair amount of money. Something thats been totally over looked is the new rides the park is supposed to get. Any word on what those may be?

Great as always. Personally I like Shockwave better with it's new colors. What lawsuit was there between Dorney and Six Flags?
