Where in the World is Robb & Elissa???
fatdaddy replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I would like to thank Croniq for making me feel both lazy and stupid. The only thing I am sure of, is that the two people in the pictures are Robb and Elissa. Beyond that I am totally lost...I'm gonna go eat pumpkin bread. -

Ok, my mistake is thinking that I could figure something out by reading everybody elses guesses. I am now totally confused. Although I do see an american flag in that one picture, so maybe you never left the states. But, then I see what looks to be South American asses, maybe South America. I really just keep checking back to see if there's an answer and keep getting sucked in, damn you Robb and your TPR fun. -

^Oh, I did the work in previous posts, just not all in one post. Seriously just having fun with this, I got problems a bag o crap ain't gonna fix, but playing the game is a fun distraction. Besides, it's always cool to see someone get a bag o crap that is just chompin' at the bit to get one. I actually did some cleaning, and I could have probably made 20 bags of crap outta the stuff I sent to the goodwill. -

The adaptor in the picture has large round pins.......Europe uses a pin system, but a smaller pin. Oh, I just looked up #2 samsonite power adapter on the web and that's what it said, didn't even look at the pins. -

Is it possible your going mulitple places? The clues seem to imply that, but I dunno. -

Plug adaptor 2 is for continental Europe. I think I'm done, I've started cussing and throwing stuff. -

I see the Eiffel Tower and Hilton hotel and that makes Paris Hilton. Jet Blue terminal 6 at LAX. Smarte Carte operates in Australia and Superman backwards could point there too. Flu shots, Hello Kitty, Flag, I think all point to Japan. I have no idea where you are or are going. -
Um no, Disneyland has really great food, so does Knott's. In fact Knott's wouldn't exist if people didn't like the chicken. The food at SFMM was really terrible before, I mean, I would go out to the car for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead of eat the crappy, overpriced hamburgers. You know its bad if they can screw up a hamburger. Bottom line is that if your gonna be somewhere all day you gotta eat and if the foods good you'll eat even more. I was at Gilroy Gardens last week and ate like three giant cinnamon rolls, and they were one of the highlights of the park. Pretty much food is part of the experience, and it kinda nice when a park has some sort of signature food that you can only get there.

Thomas Town was closed when I went to the holiday thing at SFDK, which sucked because I had to distract my son so he wouldn't see it. I had hoped he would get to enjoy it before they started retheming. Glad to see them keeping LoonyToons and DC, I think those are what you expect to see at the parks, and it would probably be weird if those characters weren't there. I think Big Spin really need the Tony Hawk brand to make it more than just a cheesy spinning coaster, somehow the branding on it made it seem bigger. And, I just hope with the removal of the food brands, that they keep the food quality up, it was really terrible at one point. Terminator with no preshow would/will be great, my cousin has been on it once (last year) and still hasn't stopped complaining about waiting through it.

This was a frustrating pain in the a$$, but the prize woulda been worth it. I gave up and then started looking again when I saw nobody had gotten it yet. Again please. -

I already gave up, trying to think like Robb hurts my head. -
My son is really going to be upset when he can't ride Thomas anymore. When he know's he's going, he stands at the door and and says "I ride Thomas!". Of course, he starts standing at the door like an hour before we are leaving. I know the SFMM Thomas Town wasn't the big hit they wanted it to be, but their whole kids area is dead most of the time. Now I'm gonna have to pay for "Day Out with Thomas" next year at the train museum.

That really sucks, my son just discovered Thomas and loves the ride. Really I can't think they would take out all the Thomas Towns. The one at SFMM sucks, but others are better done. It seems like it would cost a lot to retheme all those rides. As far as the Wiggles, my kids never liked them anyway and it seems like their toys are always on clearance at Toys r Us.

^Ok, I will check it out. Since you seem to think it's "awesome", I may even get season passes. Seriously, I never had anybody who's been there recommend it. -

^^Wait, Legoland California is awesome? I've never been, but nobodys ever said it was awesome. Everyone I've ever talked to said it wasn't worth it, or they never saw any reason to go. But, if Robb "Extra b" Alvey says it's good then I think I should go. BTW, I've decided that you and Elissa's rap names are "E Ticket and Extra b". Why, I dunno, it came to me when I was about to pass out on the treadmill.
