So yeah .. this past trip was hell really .. alot of problems, but some things did make up for it. Day1: So we got to the airport 3 hours before our flight cause A) I wanted to see the new terminal and B) I always have issues at security. Anyways, after checking in, again 3 hours early, we walked around the new terminal, ate, blah blah blah. We boarded the plane a little later than scheduled, but thats common now-a-days. We taxi out and the plane stops and mind you its 101 degrees outside and the planes A/C doesn't work too well with limited power on taxi. So .. they told us DFW had a ground stop, which sucked. So 60mins later after sitting on the runway we were off. 1 hour 45mins later we landed at ATL. Went to the baggage claim and yup no bags. SOB!, went to the AA office and they gave me crap and double checked that they weren't sent on an earlier flight, then after not asking me my name or asking for a ticket/claim check, the b*tch said "Oh they will be on the next flight". Ok mind you we were already 1hr 45mins behind schedule cause of the ground stop. I asked what time the flight gets in she said 10:15pm. I look at my phone .. hmmm 7:59pm. I got the rental car, and they were super nice and gave me a free upgrade for the hassel and said I could pick it up at anytime. So we ate and watched a dvd while waiting. The plane landed around 10:45pm, our bags were there and off to Pigeon Forge we went .. of course we didn't get in until 3am! Day 2: Ok so with lack of sleep and being really hungry, I got breakfest at the hotel, mistake when whole milk makes you sick and thats all they had for the cereal. So off to Dollywood we went. We got in the parking lot about 9:45, walked to the gate to get our cheap tickets and headed straight for Thunderhead. There were maybe 10 other people there and we got the first ride of the day in the back. OMFG! this thing was running amazing! And for the first ride ... it totally blew me away and was running much better than in April. So after 6 Thunderhead rides, oh did I mention no lines? So yeah the rest of the day was great. DW was empty and nothing had a wait at all. Got the L&T coaster credit I missed last trip and gave the Head Injury maker a ride, good ole' Blazing Fury .. Fire in Ze HOLE! But yeah .. great day at Dollywood, even tho the humidty was insane and I was sweating like a crazy pig. But after Dollywood, we went to Gatlinburg, wanted to do Ober Gatlinburg, but thought the $12 tramway and other prices were a bit much .. so instead we opted to rumage through the woods and see waterfalls and crap. That was fun .. nice cold water. After that .. headed out to Charlotte after stopping at Food City .. which I had too since I used to write code for the POS vendor they use .. little thing I needed to do. Day 3: After getting into Charlotte at 12am, promptly went to sleep. Kinda of overslept a bit and missed the first few mins of ERT. Anyways, after getting the badges and parking .. we took a ride on Hurler .. ok not running as good as in April and it's screaming for grease badly. After Hurler .. I was already hot and annoyed. Then getting a super hot bottle of water out of the machine, Guest Relations replaced it however for me. After that we did Scooby Doo .. which I got onride video of then headed straight for the flyers. Got on the first ride of the day which was insane with all 10 tubs snapping thanks to all the acers around. Oh what great fun. Took 4 more rides on the flyers and then started walking around for photos. Took photos and walked around until lunch at 1:30. Lunch was pretty good, I was very impressed with the BBQ, it was cooked well. After some words from Robert, we left for the hotel. Took a nap and such and got back to Carowinds around 7. Missed the School of Rock performance but saw the Albino Squirrel with the huge nuts. After the gathering and video headed over to Chik-Fil-A for dinner and over to the Action FX Theater. ERT started on the flyers and Top Gun .. great times and got around 9 straight rides on Top Gun without getting off. Day 4: So left Charlotte at 6:30am, got into SFOG's parking lot at 9:25am. Hmmm .. I wasn't speeding, I promise. Anyway .. hit Scorcher and Cyclone first since they open early. Then headed out for Mindbender and the construction area. Man they've done alot in a week, it was impressive. After that hit Superman, Wile E Coyote and Skull Island. Skull Island is pretty impressive as well. All in all we conqured the park by 12 noon and walked around trying to get more rides. Acrophobia was running well too. Left for ATL around 3pm, stopped at Publix, again for the same reason and then got to the airport. So yeah fun trip .. photos follow Yup .. me at a church!? wait ... it's Dollywood It's big tho .. looks fun Ober Gatlinburg mmm Waterfalls Yup Food City Fire In Ze Hole ! .. well should say that VeggieTales ! Choo Choo ! Already advertising in Thunderhead Gap area mmmmmmmmmmmmm Thunderhead *wipes drool* Yup .. still my fav Arrow looper It's all about the food you know Was this the Lost Mine at one point or another ride? MISS LILLANS! Yup 20 years ... as Dollywood, 44 years for the park see .. so sad Dissy Disk .. closed Hmm they support ACE Somewhere between DFW and ATL One of the many mosiacs in the new Terminal .. I can see up her dress! Boeing 777-200 ... nope not my plane

Most parks have guides available in other lanuguages as well. I do know most Six Flags parks have translated guides in most of the major dilects of the world as well as Disney. -

Yup there's two signs at both rides .. one at the entrance .. and in FITH's case, right as you enter the building .. I think BF's is in the downward queue. -
Yes you can .. but quite pricey. There's roughly 8 .. counting the 2 kiddie credits at Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix and Peter Piper Pizza. So ... 1 ) Desperado (Stateline, NV - roughly 45mins from Vegas) 2 ) Manhurtin Express ($12/ride now?) 3 ) Speed: The Ride (NASCAR Cafe) 4 ) Canyon Blaster (Circus-Circus) 5 ) Miner Mike (Circus-Circus) 6 ) Hi-Roller (Stratosphere) 7 ) Peter Piper Pizza Coaster 8 ) Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix Coaster

More parts for the still operating ones at SFOG and SFOT it seems like now oh and that one at SFMM .. but we all know how good they are at keeping things "running"

Dollywoods turn to get sued.

It's like the Holiday World lawsuit, they wait until the limitation on the incident is almost up, then file charges. It's just a way to try to get rich quick scheme .. like the Holiday World accident. If they were so concered the ride was unsafe as in that incident and this one, why didn't they file charges ASAP? I mean if you think a ride is so "unsafe" and want it to be corrected or removed, don't wait .. file then. -
