^ Really wow.. actually when you think of it... coke gets sooo much publicity.. all the rides shows ect.. -
^ thanks! Unfortunetly I am bad at creating ideas for custom rides so sometimes I revert to building pre-built ones. originally I had a cover/building over the ACERS buffet... but everytime i built a shop inside of it all of the walls would disappear... also.. what is terriforming? Thank you for your feedback!

HI TPR, recently I have been browsing this forum quite a bit and I thought it would be good to create a park in RCT2. I have recently gotten back into the game and I am not amazing (the last time I played the game was when I was 6). My park will not be amazing I must say but I think its a great start. Most rides in the park are custom however many rides in loony tunes land are not. I have been looking at other parks on TPR and I might have copied some names or something inadvertently. If so I am terribly sorry and I will change it immediately. A little story on the park... Six Flags Canadian Adventure is located just outside of barrie (1hr. north of Toronto) in lower Ontario. The park just recently opened and is still developing some newer major attractions. The park is open from april to november and is closed during the winter. The obvious competitor to this park is Canada's Wonderland located about 30 minutes away. Will SFCA survive? Find out in this TR! SCR1.BMP The entrance to the parking lot of the park. $10 for cars. SCR2.BMP The parking lot I took this picture before the park opened SCR3.BMP The main entrance of the park. A few fountains and some flowers. The current price to get in is $40. SCR4.BMP The main street of the park. In the middle is the sky lift that takes you to Frontier Town. SCR5.BMP The end of main street. Here you can see the Big Wheel, Tidle Wave, and Pirates Adventure. SCR6.BMP If you head to the end of Main Street you can find the Viper, and the dodgems. Viper is the parks hyper coaster. SCR7.BMP The layout of Viper. It was based off of the Magnum at Cedar Point. SCR8.BMP If you head to the left on Main Street you will reach Looney Tunes Land. This is the kids area of the park. SCR9.BMP An overview of the small but new kids area of the park. SCR10.BMP This is Mr. Sixes Dance Coaster where the hight requirement is 36" tall. Wonder why its so low compared to some other Six Flags parks... *COUGH* Magic Mountain SCR12.BMP As we move on to the other side of the park you will find Canadian Screamin'. This is the parks gems. You will find an out and back airtime thriller on this wooden coaster! SCR13.BMP One of the MAJOR airtime hills on Canadian Screamin' SCR15.BMP This is Superman Tower Of Power. A regular S&S launched tower. A nice air conditioned queue line is on this ride as lines can get up to 1 hour long. In the background is demon the parks arrow looper. SCR16.BMP This is the layout of demon. Its pretty basic the ride suffers from major downtime and there are thoughts of it being removed SCR19.BMP Near the back of the park is Gotham City. There are 2 coasters and an ACERS buffet in this area of the park. Pictured is Jokers Revenge. The parks boomerang coaster SCR20.BMP Batman: The Ride and the ACERS buffet in this picture. I thought Batman turned out O.K... SCR22.BMP As we move on to Frontier Town we can see the parks log flume Zumba Flumes. Surprisingly this ride was purchased from Canada's Wonderland.. the parks major competition. SCR23.BMP Pictured is Runaway Mine Train... this is a port from the SFGA version SCR24.BMP A final overview of the park SCR25.BMP I will leave you here. Please leave any comments how I can improve my park or what I should get rid of! Thank you for reading! I also talked to the CEO of the park and he said a new MAJOR coaster will be coming very soon! Stay tuned

Just a quick question. Is there a way to go back into scenario editor with a scenario that you have already created.. I forgot to put down where the guests spawn so no guests will come in to my park? -

Sorry about the delay in this update I have been quite busy recently. Day 2: We woke up Wednesday pretty tired at 8:45. We decided to go to Mcdiddys for breakfast as the hotel one wasn't that great. After some hotcakes at Mcd's we headed out the the park. By the time we were at the front gate it was around 9:15 so we decided to head out to millennium force as it was broken almost all day yesterday. Millennium Force had about a 45 minute wait but I thaught it was worth it. I personally enjoyed Millennium Force quite a lot. I sat in the second row but I didn't seem to get that much airtime (maybe because I put my lapbar down too tight). Anyways MF is quite a good ride but IMO I think it might be a tad overrated. After MF we headed over to Mantis. Mantis was an excellent ride which will make Mantis one of my favorite stand up coasters. Mantis had about a 25 minute wait but it was well worth it. Next we went over to Iron Dragon. Having only a 5 minute wait for the front seat we went on it 2ce. Iron Dragon is a pretty fun ride through the trees and then the pond helix at the end. I really do hope Cedar Point doesn't take it down. After we took the train over to the Mean Streak stop and got off. I got some interesting shots of MF and Maverick while on the train. We then went over to Mean Streak which only had about a 15 minute wait. I personally thought Mean Streak was one of the best woodies I have ever been on. I found it quite smooth however most members on TPR will disagree completely. It was probably smoother because i'm used to Mine buster and Wild Beast up at Wonderland. Anyways after MS it was time for Skyhawk which was almost a walk on. Skyhawk was VERY fun. It swung very high and had quite a few gs as you were swinging though. After Skyhawk it was getting hot so I went over to see if STR was open and well... IT WAS! I was also happy that Cedar Point would let you ride barefooted so you wouldn't have to get your shoes wet (cough Wonderland I hope your listening here). I went in the single rider lane as my mom and my sister didn't want to ride. Anyways the only problem with STR is that the last seat of every boat was closed. Also STR doesn't have air gates you have to push through yourself and before the boats are dispatched a castmember has to check if each gate is closed. Anyways there were only 5 single riders in front of me however it took almost 25 minutes surprisingly. It seemed that everyone riding STR was with an evan number. Anyways I did manage to skip a 1:30 minute line. STR was a VERY VERY VERY fun ride. Probobly the best flume type ride I have ever been on. I really liked the beginning where you were in the misty tunnel. The other thing I liked is that you dont get 100% drenched like on Snake River Falls. STR was an amazing ride. We then decided to have some lunch. After lunch we headed over to the Power Tower. We did shot 2 times and drop 1ce. Overall Power Tower isn't amazing nor that scary. My mom and my sister were not feeling too well (probably the heat) so I told them to wait as I rode the Magnum. Magnum was awful. I found it really bumpy and painful the entire ride. The tunnels also KILLED your ears with the sound. Overall Magnum is not a very good ride. I was also dissapointed because I couldent see Canada. Overall I had a blast for my first time at Cedar Point. I have wanted to visit there since I was a little kid and now I finally have. I really hope to return some day. Overall I did all coasters except for Raptor, Jr Gemini, and Woodstock Express. Thank you for reading my first TR. Now on to the pictures... As you can see its a beautiful day. TAKE THE TUNNEL! Now thats steep another angle The train as it flys by Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take that many pictures on day 2. Here are some of the Castaway Bay pictures I took. The kids waterhouse A picture of the master blaster slide ( I know its blurry) The end of the 3 body slides A water basketball court I will leave you with these 2 other slides. I hope you enjoyed my TR to Cedar Point. Thanks for reading

Hello there TPR! It is me 1pizza14 and I will finally be posting my first ever TR on TPR. Enjoy! On monday July 12 2010 me, my mom, and my sister decided to take a 2 day/3 night trip to Cedar Point. We live in Toronto Canada so it was about a 6 hour drive with a few stops. We were staying at the Castaway Bay Indoor Water park. Monday: We left Toronto at 10 am and were on our way to Ohio. Border control was TERRIBLE!! We had to wait about 1 and a half hours to cross. A few hours later we arrived at Castaway Bay... We checked in and went to our room. It was not very pleasant. The room had disgusting red carpet and the room was very small and dingy. At $300 a night.. we should have gone to somewhere else. After we dropped our bags we were all starved so we decided to hit up TGI Fridays right next to the hotel. We arrived at TGI's to find a 50 minute wait. We decided not to eat there and we just had some snacks in the indoor water park. We then decided to check out some of the slides. In the water park there was... 3 body slides, a master blaster type slide, a wave pool, and a water playground with 2 more body slides. Overall the water park was quite nice.. but it was lacking some large slides. Most days the water park was quiet after we visited cedar point. It was 10:00 (water park closing) so we went back to our room and went to sleep getting ready for the next day. Tuesday: We woke up grabbed our bags and went down to the hotels breakfast. The breakfast was $10 per person and it was a standard continental breakfast which should have been free. At 8:00 we headed out to Cedar Point. We were so early we parked directly in front of the entrance. It was only 8:15 at the time and the park opened for hotel guests and platinum guests at 9:00. Right at 9:00 we sprinted to Millennium Force only to find out it was broke we then ran off to Maverick which was open and had a 30 min wait. Maverick was a VERY fun ride. It was long, twisty, curvy, and the entire ride was surprising. We got off of Maverick just before 10:00 so we headed over to dragster. When we arrived there was a massive queue of people running all the way to the Iron Dragon pond/lake thing. We were informed the ride is testing and will open in 15 minutes so we waited. When the ride finally opened it was about an hour wait. I chose to sit in the front since it was my first time on Dragster. Dragster is an amazing feat of a ride but it is short. :/ We then went on the Corkscrew which was very very painful. After that we decided to go on Disaster Transport which is the most sketchy ride I have ever ridden! We walked right on and went up a rusty lift hill that made really weird noises. The rest of the ride was weird, bumpy, and jerky. We did the Wicked Twister and the Giant Wheel and decided to have lunch. After lunch we went on the Cedar Creek Mine ride which was a nice relaxing ride through the forest. After we did Gemini which was a very fun ride because you are racing the other team. In the end our train won. After it was getting very hot (even though it was overcast the entire day) So I wanted to ride Shoot The Rapids. But guess what... it was broken after that we took a ride on the blue streak and headed back to our hotel for dinner. Most rides were walk ons that day and I really enjoyed my first day at Cedar Point. Now on to day 1 pictures. The park from a distance Raptor as we are waiting to go in to the park Getting closer to Raptor.. notice the overcast yet it didn't rain once The Overcast Skyline The Millennium Force sign.. too bad it was broken Force towering over the park Yay Maverick... surprisingly this was the only picture I took of Maverick that day Its hard to believe that this is a roller coaster! Me on the Dragster.. The guy in the brown shirt next to me snuck on from the exit somehow? STR was broken that day :'( I will leave you with this shot. Any feedback is helpful. Day 2 coming soon.

IMO When you think of florida.. what do you think of? Disney.. this is the major problem comparing disney to universal. People have so many memories from when they were a kid which makes them want to revisit. Disney has been open much much longer than universal. Also they offer resort transport and they have many hotels, parks, shopping, transportation, golfing, dining.. ect... universal does have some of that but its just not enough to grab all of the disney families out there. I like both disney and universal equally and they both have great rides. US just really needs to market both of their parks very well and try to surpass disney. They could try opening a water park.. or something else on a small scale to grab in some new tourists. -
Looks like you had a great trip! In every picture it seems like you were the only ones in the park. Nice hotel room view BTW
