Only been to one standalone haunt, and it sucked! However, I hear that the Phoenix metropolitan area has many wonderful frights, such as The Nest and 13th Floor, both of which seem to satisfy more than theme park haunts.

I have no clue where Cursed will be. However, I have heard that there were some plywood walls spotted near Panda/X2 Bridge, so maybe this will be the home of Chupacabra. I personally think The Aftermath will use Tidal Wave's queue.

Not sure, if I've come across a queue that can be considered the worst. However, Toy Story Midway Mania (DCA), Splash Mountain (DL), Autotopia (DL), Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, and X2 were a bit intolerable, but they went by smooth and somewhat fast compared to Revolution (SFMM).

Yesterday, a local high school held an Oktoberfest event and one of the attraction was a small haunted house. From the outside, this inflatable beast looked pretty mint, until I entered. So here's what I highly suggest you shouldn't do: 1.) Stand in plain sight and do nothing. 2.) Don't give into d_____bags (stay in character).

Being the SFMM fanboy I am, I now say Cedar Fair, er at least Knott's has a higher quality than the competition up the road (compared to previous years).

The crowds will be heavy, parking spaces will fill up rapidly and the dirt lot will be used, after all it is the park's busiest time of the year. Colossus is open all day(at least it was when I visited) and the lines might be long, but the best time to ride X2 is during the night, it just offers a more "unique" experience. Have fun!

Hate to change the subject very quickly, but I "came" across these pictures. "Mysterious" plywood walls spotted near Panda Express/X2 bridge in the Baja Ridge area of the park. "Warehouse 13" construction is underway.

Or change their mind on the ride location!

That reminds of that whole Terminator retheme debacle, and some "jeep" suggested it should be dubbed "Thor: The Ride."
