  1. My package. <- Great photo caption. Rollercoasters in the RAW! 1-3 (Not in that order) Disney "Happy Holidays" card 2009 Särkänniemi Map & Guide 2009 Liseberg Map & Guide 2010 USO HHN Map 3 TPR Mints... Hint taken
  2. ^Color isn't really an issue for two coasters that are technically on the other side of the world from each other. My problem is that I don't like the options RCT has set up for Spinning coaster design. I wish I could do something with banked turns and ect... but RCT doesn't allow it. I really want to "introduce" a new style of family coaster for Fantasy Village Japan. The options I'm considering are the spinning coaster above or something like these two coasters. A Single Rail Suspended Rollercoaster like this one here. A non-racing Single Rail Rollercoaster like this one here. As of right now I would rather put that spinning coaster in FVJ than have those capacity nightmare rides above.
  3. Nice, Knott's Berry Farm's Hammerhead! Funny Knott's still sells postcards for the ride
  4. That's a pretty good name change. I'm happy with that. I'm not excited for a reshoot of the pre-show though. If they couldn't make a Terminator related story seem interesting, I don't want to see how bad the new idea turns out.
  5. It's in my top 10 of all time worst coasters. Right next to Pony Express.
  6. ^ Exactly! I really don't think we can expect to see Dueling Dragons showing up at USH, or any coaster for that matter. I can see them pulling off the Forbidden Journey and maybe a small flat ride.
  7. Going over the selection for Fantasy Village Japan's 11 Rollercoasters. Not sure if this unnamed Spinning Coaster will make the cut. It's so hard to make a spinning coaster that looks great when RCT doesn't allow banking.
  8. Wow, the next coaster they should try to save should be Vertigorama. We all know in the distant future the ride will be destroyed by the Arachnids when they launch an Asteroid at Earth destroying Buenos Aires.
  9. Thank you everybody for all the awesome comments! I've been really busy lately and haven't had time to work on any of the parks in about a week, but to keep interest, I put together some teasers. Hope you guys enjoy them. New Water Coaster coming soon... Looks like we have another ride going vertical... Aggressive from start to finish... Dragon? Or Dragons? You be the judge...
  10. ^From what we were told at Bay Area Bash, the project has been delayed until this stadium business is sorted out. This is something the corporate office decided, not the park.
  11. Just playing around with a small wooden coaster layout. Who knows, this could be the start of a park in the future.
  12. Quoted for truth. Purple Train got some serious rehab during the months the ride was out of commission.
  13. Atleast you got the order right... 3 more coasters, then flat rides. Yes, I am driving a brutal 1.62 miles to a shopping center on The Old Road. While it isn't a far drive, it does take some time to leave the park, find the car, go to Subway or Panda Express, and come back and do it all over again, but it's worth it. That was one sentence? Anyways, you don't see the problem right there... I gladly eat at Universal Studios, Disneyland, and SeaWorld because they don't have that problem! They charge maybe a hint more, but at least the food retains some quality! P.S. I don't care what Knott's does to improve food, I will never eat there as long as Chili's, Portillo's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Claim Jumper, Outback Steakhouse, and even McDonald's and Carl's Jr. are so close!
  14. I know I have mentioned this more than once before, but I don't like to associate with real ride manufactures. I feel the need to mention it again as I display the layout for the Vampire @ Fantasy Village Europe. Vampire's station and queue. Riders proceed from the station laying down on their backs only to be slowly twisted over on to their stomachs. This part is both exciting for the guest on the ride and the guest on the midway below. The train is then carried up a lift hill to the top. Riders are once again above the midways as they prepare for the ride's first drop. Riders take a wide turn high above the hill giving them a great view of the park below. Next riders experience the ride's first complete inversion, an in-line spiral. The ride turns in the opposite direction and dives under the track, setting up for the ride's next inversion the "Kamikaze Loop." Riders dive head first towards the ground rolling across on their backs, then "looped" back up into the sky! The ride continues with another in-line spiral. Dives down along the hillside and hugs the ground for the next turn. The train rises up one last time for a near zero-gravity turnover and then falls into a tight turn around with riders on their backs. Into the brake, into the station, and fin! Layout overview.
  15. So I got an email from Six Flags about season pass deals, but on in this email they used an extended name for the Green Lantern. Back to food discussion, I usually (90% of the time) leave the park for food. Johnny Rocket's burgers are pretty good, I do like to sit and be served at the Moose Burger Lodge, I love BBQ Food (But still haven't tried Long Horn's,) I'm just always trying to save money! I would rather drive down the street to Subway and share a $5 Footlong with my girlfriend.
  16. I think that would be much easier to do if a certain water ride wasn't in the way. In all seriousness, I actually hope Tidal Wave stays, it's a quick refreshing ride for those brutal summer days. ^Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember SFMM used to have McDonald's several years ago in Cyclone Bay?
  17. I consider them to be nowhere near each other. I guess with some changes the pre-show rooms can easily be transformed into a super villain hideout.
  18. ^^I too am not sure what to think of Xcelerator's new look. Xcelerator's New Patriotic Look. I'm just glad to see the ride will be once again operating at full capacity.
  19. I think it's time to remake that 2011 video! This time with 4 new coaster experiences!
  20. I really like how they transitioned the lie to fly in with the horseshoe!
  21. I was going to post this before Thanksgiving, but things just got crazy and stayed crazy for days! Time to take a look at the next Vampire in the series. Fantasy Village East Vampire entrance and station building. The first half of the ride is rather small. The first helix runs tight along a retaining wall. Though not too tall, the ride does find places to take some big dips. Even goes through a little (Big Bad Wold Inspired) village. The second lift takes riders much higher. Spiraling down to the river, the ride really picks up speed now! The second half of the ride is a high speed rush back to the station. Layout shot. So far this has been my favorite layout in the entire Fantasy Village series. I don't know what it is, but I just love the way this ride turned out.
  22. I'm going to have to say Giant Dipper @ Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
  23. I actually do have RCT2! Yay! I win a prize.
  24. I'm going to now guess Urban Style! I hope RCT2 has the same amount of songs as RCT-LL.
