  1. ^I don't think you will need Flash Pass on a Thursday. You should be able to get it all done within good timing. A lot of people like to Lay down on the grass by Deja Vu. Right now might not be the best time though with Terminator constructiuon going on. for all of your other questions, I would call guest relations (661) 255-4103
  2. ^That is correct. There is no alcohol sold at the park. But there are plenty of shot glasses you can buy
  3. It's a success on my part! Between my girlfriend and I, only one of us has an Xtreme Play Pass. We used to get our 4 Flash Pass Tickets and split them for two rides (Usually Tatsu, Goliath, or Riddler's) If flash pass is indeed free for Xtreme Pass Holders (Two Employees have told me it will be) then next year we will both get Xtreme Play Passes! More money for Six Flags!
  4. The cost are not known yet. It goes live this weekend. The Flash Pass Tickets did not get you where ever you wanted. Flash Pass only worked for selected rides not including X2.
  5. -What rides to do first. The park is pretty much a circle. If you plan on arriving at opening I would try to get X2 in before it fills up. X2 isn't always ready when the park opens though so I'm a little iffy on that one. Last Sunday we didn't see X2 running before the gates openend so we went to Goliath first. While we were on Goliath we noticed X2 was running (people or not?) but we missed out because the line never dropped while we were there. I think your best bet is to make an effort at either X2 or Tatsu before their lines get long. After that, you shouldn't need the Q-Bot. But pretty much just work the circle. -Where to eat. I've been really into Johnny Rockets lately! As far as burgers go in theme parks they are pretty good, but not so great in the outside world. I would much rather have an In & Out burger, but Johnny Rockets is the best burger inside the park. The Moose Burger Lounge is also pretty good! Don't be affraid of it, it really doesn't cost that much more than else in the park. There is also a good mix of food near Goliath. -Where to park. For most of the day they will tell you where to park -What time to get there. Sometime before the park opens. Some days the ticket booth lines will be the longest wait of the day. -What to buy. Anything that you think is worth having! I like their sweatshirts, but caution you about sizes! I bought an XL Sweatshirt, and it shrunk down to the perfect size to fit my 120 pound girlfriend. -Anything to avoid. Avoid bringing too much stuff with you to the park. More coasters are getting lockers put in and they are madatory that you use them for certain items. I only bring my Phone (secured by a clip inside my pocket) a small camera, and a souvenir sports bottle which is allowed to be placed off to the side or in a storage bin inside the station. The lockers waste time and money, so I do what I can to not need them. Hope this helps, and have fun!
  6. Yes, It looks like you can, but they would prefer if you paid in advance since you already registered BroncoBob.
  7. Happy Birthday KidTums! If your coaster count isn't higher than mine, I'm sure it will be soon.
  8. ^Having an Xtreme Play Pass, I guess I'm always going to give them my ID Card because I need my season pass for discounts at shops! Don't you need to present your season pass when using your value book at shops?
  9. What I think is crazy is how much the park was able to keep the same while adding more on top of it. I do miss Wacky Soap Box Racers though... I used to ride that thing all day back when it was free for the Military.
  10. Why do the Holiday Reese's Holiday shapes taste so much better than all other Reese's? The Trees (Christmas), Hearts (Valentines Day), and Eggs (Easter)... They need one for every month!
  11. Riddler's is like riding a bike... eventually the seat gets uncomfortable. I've never had a real problem with B&M stand-up coasters because everything is adjustable. Tatsu's flying position gets a little uncomfortable too when your left hanging until the next trains leaves the station. Edit: I'm only saying this because you look kind of tall, If you're having trouble with getting your belt to reach the buckle, sit all the way down on the seat and then stand-up.
  12. I don't think I did this. Hi Everyone! My name is Cody, I'm 24 years old and I live in Escondido (San Diego) I've been a fan of Rollercoasters for about 8 years (Whenever RCT came out) Only recently I decided to be with people of the same interest (C-Net, TPR) I recently started a blog http://calicoasters.blogspot.com/ to post all my Trip Reports and RCT work. If you are blogger, please send me a message! I'm always happy to make new friends. Speaking of that, my girlfriend Sarah and I are very much looking forward to making new friends at WCB! Thank you for having the coolest coaster site ever!
  13. Lucky! I've never seen Superman open while it was raining. Last time I rode Ninja in the rain everyone ended up with little black specks all over them. My Favorite rain ride there is Goliath! High speeds and hard rain!
  14. The first couple years of operation where great! The fact that it was built over a parking lot never really bothered me (Something else would be an improvement, but not much) The layout is great, but the ride has been getting a little rough. My problem is, I think there is too much vibration on the ride. Deja Vu is the same ride as Aftershock. And now knowing that you've never been on a B&M, I highly recommend Batman the Ride!
  15. ^^ Thank you! I just mailed out my registration and payment today, I am so excited!
  16. the 21st and 22nd is Sunday, Monday. I don't think you have to worry about any 7 hour waits at the worst X2 could get up 2 hours on Sunday, but if you are really going to be there Monday and Tuesday, you should have no problem with anything.
  17. Are going on a weekend trip? If you are there on a weekend before school is out, you should have two pretty easy days of riding everything in the park. If you are going there late in the month of June, you might experience some long line on Tatsu, Terminator, Goliath, Riddler's Revenge, Deja Vu, and ofcoarse X2. Superman and Batman also can have some pretty long lines on good summer days. Here are some rides I don't think you should miss out on. Goliath - Amazing first drop, very forcefull helix Riddler's Revenge - I've heard bad things about stand-up coasters, but I can't complain about this one. Tatsu - World's Largest Flying coaster, very exciting layout X2 - If you've never been on a 4D coaster, you have to ride this Colossus - Big drops, classic fun
  18. At this rate I think the circuit will be complete by the time West Coaster Bash arrives. I cant wait for the tour part of the event.
  19. What do we need to have with us to get into the event? Just an ID? or will we recieve some kind of pass?
  20. ^As a Xtreme Play Pass holder, I'm a little dissapointed with the flash pass changes. I hate driving 2 1/2 hours to the park find out it is super crowded, and then have to pay who knows what for flash pass. I have a question hopefully someone can answer me soon. Who already has there 2009 value/coupon book for there season pass? I really want to know what is included as far as free admisions. The reason is I'm thinking about going Saturday and was wondering if I could get my buddy in for free with the a coupon and if not, how much. Thank you to who ever answers my question.
  21. The Blue wall is blank probably because they just finished removing the Thomas Town logos stapled to it. I think some advertising is needed soon, people need something to get excited about at that end of the park. Also Renegade construction started much earlier because eventually the project was slowed dramatically by harsh Minnesota winter which we don't have in California.
