  1. I'm headed to Knott's on Mar 31st and from all the times I've gone I've learned that the most efficient way is going to through Fiesta Village and going counter clockwise through the park. My average time in doing the park has been about 6-7hrs (including lunch). If you're there when the gates open you can hit Jauguar or Montezooma's Revenge, then ride the whatever coaster you didn't choose first, then head to Supreme Scream, Xcelerator or Log Ride, then you can head to Boomerang or head to lunch (BBQ Ribs and chicken are very yummy), then you can hit pony express, Ghostrider and then Silver Bullet. By that time it would be evening and the lines tend to be shorter at those times. Hope you have fun!
  2. To all of my new friends that I meet on WCB... THANK YOU ALL!!! It was an absolutely awesome experience. I meet so many people that I can't named them all but I will try (Big Mike, John, The family that came with John from San Fransico, Shawn, Jasmine, Antonio, Antonio's mom, SoCalman123, James from NY, the guys that I meet talking about snow skiing and snowboarding*they know who they are*, Wes, Ryan, Elissa, Elissa's mom, and Kristen) If I forgot your name please forgive me but give me a shout out if you reconized me. Being it my first WCB it totally blew me away out of the water. The weather cleared up just in time for the fun and boy did we ever. If anyone out there is undecided to ever go to a TPR event please do yourself a favor... DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GO!!! I can't express the gratitude I have for TPR, Rideworld and Six Flags Magic Mountain for all the countless hours of work they put into this unforgettable event. Special thanks to Tim, Neal, and Jay for taking the time to make this event a personal experience that many of us enjoyed. Well am out of breathe already writing this post but I had to tell everyone how sweet the event was. Thanks again to everyone and hopefully we'll see each other again next year or hopefully sooner! -Josh (HIIIIIIIIYAAAAAAAAAAA)
  3. Your right Robb, you should BAN "Top Thrill Dragster" for his LAME attempt to post an insignificant amount of pictures on a insignificant kiddie type woodie.... The nerve of this guy!!! By the way those are AWESOME pictures of the coaster "TTD." I know MANY will appreciate these pictures you kindly posted. -Josh
  4. Unfortunately for him the wrong side of the bed was not WCB! LOL
  5. ^ I'm sorry you couldn't make it to the event but everything that you wrote just sounds like sour grapes. If you didn't read before Robb will have a complete TR on WCB hopefully by the end of today and I can assure you it will have more than 1 picture of Terminator. By the way, being one out of many that was able to see Terminator from the backstage tour I can assure you this ain't no kiddie coaster. This beauty looks like it's ready to knock people's socks off in May so I think the ride will prove itself more than worthy than what you think. Also that guy on twitter that was updating you with the occurrences of the event was doing it for people (like yourself) that could not make it to the event. You could have at least given him a thank you for that even though NO ONE made him do it. So please try to keep the negativity to a low and I'm sorry you couldn't make it to the event but that doesn't give you a pass to get all bent out of shape about it... especially when other people that could not attend the event haven't made a negative comment so far other than yourself.
  6. Sorry dude, I actually don't know who this "hippie" is...
  7. ^ The first post of this thread has answered your question.
  8. If I can find a digital camera then I would be happy to help out as well.
  9. ^^ I'm glad to hear the SFMM is actually planing out the best way to deal with all of us! I have faith they have things under control.
  10. ^ I can relate a little as well as I have been to a couple of states myself... Arizona: I agree this state is very pretty, but pretty hot and I'm not a fan of the huge thunderstorms that pass on by. Nevada: Agreed, it's ok but other than Vegas everything else looks pretty much the same. Colorado: Has a very pretty environment but pretty cold, and the thin air doesn't help! Virginia: Pretty damn green all around! I can imagine all the CO2 flying around in the air! Maryland: That's probably the nicest city I've been to on the east coast. It felt very friendly (at least to me) and it seems quite clean. New York: Well I've only been in Manhattan but after visiting that city I was actually thankful to live in LA. The traffic over there are littered with taxi's and I personally felt the people a little more rude than in LA. I actually enjoy LA a lot. The traffic bugs the heck out of me (driving on 110 freeway passing Downtown, Staples Center around 4:30pm) but I have learned to deal with it. Knowing that everything is pretty accessible makes me forgive LA's traffic. The beach is about 15 miles away from LA, most sport venues are all about a 30 mile radius from downtown, there's so much culture everywhere you turn that it makes it quite an experience dealing with people from different nationalities any day of the week, there's a lot of food variety and entertainment wise LA ranks pretty high up. I just try to keep all of the positive that this city has to offer into perspective so I can feed out all the negative vibes from this city so I can keep myself sane! So in short , I wouldn't move from LA... Thanks for reading my essay
  11. I think if she saw it she probably didn't mind assuming she has a sense of humor... which am pretty sure she does.
  12. ^ Well missy if you're going to WCB then I will be able to post about it here in about 4 days
  13. ^^ Thanks for keeping us posted... It's good news when they are worried about the wind and temperature and not the rain.
  14. ^ Well the pictures clearly show the top of the lift hill and the lift itself has not yet been installed, and the 6th picture from the end shows another piece of track no installed yet.
  15. When a team has a foul to give with 0:06 seconds left on the clock and... THEY DON'T FOUL!!! Dumb Lakers need to wake up if they want their home court advantage in the finals!!!
  16. Thanks for the shout out Big Mike! As always you never let your public down. By the way I'm hoping to see a bottle of "Big Mike's" charm as one of the items!!! I'll see you in a few days buddy.... "It's gonna be a whole lot of fun when the Big Mike train comes rolling right on!"
  17. ^ Hehe my apologies as well Shane in contributing to this so called "hi-jack" of your thread But seriously that was the first logo that popped into my head when I saw that flag. I hope that made you at least "chuckle" just a little Mr. Gator Now back to our regular schedule programming...
  18. You know I think I see too. I just can't believe that the park would stoop this low!!! Some banks just can't leave well enough alone... LOL!
  19. Can't wait to see what other goodies you got in store for us buddy! Keep 'em coming...
  20. ^ Very true especially when it shows only one specific day for "showers." The 10 day forecast shows great weather except for Sunday so that precipitation could move a couple of days ahead or before Sunday. The funny part is that I also checked accuweather.com and it has Sunday as cool with clouds and sun with 66 °F. It's a hit or miss with weather in So. Cal but I hope we keep it dry with nice temperatures and a bit of sunshine.
  21. Just to give a heads up I checked the weather on weather.com and it shows a chance of showers for Sunday. I hope those clouds stay away from SFMM so let's keep our fingers crossed!
  22. ^^ Oh you can count on it! It's my first WCB so am going with few exceptions but pretty much hoping to be blow away from the event. I'm just glad that WCB is this coming weekend because my girlfriend almost got pneumonia so we've been trying to lay low and just keeping her in bed so she'll be set for WCB. I hope you all can keep her in your thoughts and say a lil prayer for her. She's really looking forward to meeting everyone and having some fun
  23. ^ Spill the beans my Pumba loving friend or the warthog gets it...
  24. ^ Well Robb just confirmed it won't be available for morning ERT, but I don't even think Deja Vu was even mentioned for morning ERT at WCB from the start...
