Great Trip Report...What no shower picture???? ^NOBODY CAN RIDE IT IT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR THREE YEARS!!!!!! And besides they are not going to spend money on this, are you kidding! This is one of the parks possibly up on the chopping block. Don't beleive me here is what I found, this is from there quarterly report: In June 2006, we announced that we will be exploring potential strategic options with respect to the following six properties: Six Flags Darien Lake (outside Buffalo, New York); Six Flags Waterworld (Concord, California); Six Flags Elitch Gardens (Denver, Colorado); Wild Waves and Enchanted Village (outside Seattle, Washington); Six Flags Splashtown (Houston, Texas); and Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor (near Los Angeles, California). Although we cannot predict when, or if, any specific transaction will occur with respect to these parks, we are initially considering a sale of the parks as going concerns in a single transaction but may also consider a series of transactions, dismantling and re-utilizing certain rides and attractions and selling the underlying land for real estate development purposes, as well as other potential alternatives. The assets and operations of these parks are not shown as assets held for sale or discontinued operations in the consolidated financial statements. Now see why would you want to even reopen this ride if something like that is in consideration. Yes there is rust, but if you look at some part of the tracks it has INCHES of grime and dirt and all kinds of stuff on the tracks. Why would they want to spend two to three weeks to refurbish the cars. This ride is dead. Okay now my two cents, THIS RIDE WILL NEVER REOPEN...there is NO WAY IN H*LL...why do you ask, okay have you seen it lately. There is rust everywhere. I mean really bad. It looks like it is about to fall down. It looks old like it hasn't been run in years. The tracks would have to be redone. I mean do you realize how much money it would cost for them to refurbish this ride. It is just not worth to the park to reopen the ride. Just let the ride die in peace. They need to just rip it down. It is a huge eyesore. So hopefully this ends the talk. If you didn't get your credit oh well such as life. Just implode it like they do Las Vegas Hotels Casey"I got my credit on it"Childers BOTBC

The cheapest I ever found the UK flight for was 665.00 out of LAX. The only problem was I had to fly out of reno. It was about 1200 if I booked it out of reno to LHR but if I went through LAX it was a whole lot cheaper. You just have to check the flights about everyday. I got lucky when I found it on Expedia. It was 990 one day and then it would go up and down a little bit and then BAM I found it for the cheapest and grabbed it. Just keep looking, it was about 4 or 5 months out that I found it. And I even got them to keep the bar open till 4 in the morning...sweet:) Honestly it all comes down to this. If you love coasters, what to go on a "TOUR" just do it. Have a great time.
