But if the splashdown is going to be a visual effect more than an actual splashdown, I still don't know why it is necessary to control the speed.

And I believe there will be a second splash on the low turn right before the brake run. Would that elevated/overbanked turn be where the waterfall pass will be, or will it be on the low dip after this overbank?

I didn't realize how close the cross-over will be after the MCBR. And that final inversion looks more like a barrel/zero-g roll than a corkscrew. Which is nice, 'cause I think that 2 corkscrews in this ride would be kinda repetitive.

My guess is that it was either a printing mistake on the layout board or they added it after printing off the board.
