I'm John in O-town a.k.a. the worst city in America. But anyways, my home park is Cedar Point. I always have a season pass and I know a lot about Cedar Point, so for anyone who wants to get any tips just ask me.
I want to go to England very bad...especially Alton towers, but i'm just a little 13 year old kid who can't go anywhere during the summer because of high school football. But Nemesis really sounds like a truly amazing coaster.
People at Cedar Point have also asked if the Cedar Creek Mine Ride went upside down. I was just thinking did you not see the train going like twenty mph when you were in line. I just guess there are a lot of people who don't think things through.
Last time I went to Cedar Point was on a Thursday in July so you should be fine in early August. Friday might be slightly busy especially towards the later hours(many locals visit after work). Last time I went though, we rode 11 roller coasters and that was in just one day. I think you will have plenty of time to get everything in in two days.
Ha I was in line for the Mantis at Cedar Point and it started raining. I heard people asking questions from when will it stop raining to suggestions including building a dome over the park.
I live very close to cedar point and I visit a lot. Most saturdays are packed. The best time to go is definitely on like a monday or tuesday. On those days the line for Maverick is only an hour. My friend was at cedar point on the day this topic is about and he waited 4 hrs. for dragster. That is definitely unusual.
Honestly though...why build a building next to an amusement park...and why should prudential have the right to go and complain when the park was there first and none of the other businesses are complaining?
